UK: Straight Outta Edmonton: Chilling Video Captures Moment Gunman Dressed in Muslim Robes Opens Fire on a Teenager in Broad Daylight in a Quiet North London Cul-De-SAC
It could be a scene from the heart of one of Los Angeles’ infamous ganglands — but this chilling video was in fact shot in a north London suburb just yards away from a busy shopping centre.
A gunman who is believed to have been wearing Muslim dress was filmed chasing four teenagers past houses and parked cars before appearing to shoot one of them as they cowered next to a house.
The shocking footage, taken outside Edmonton shopping centre around 2pm, showed the man following the young boys as they desperately tried to flee the scene, which is less than half a mile from a nearby primary school…

Every rifle club member in the UK is now on a database with terrorists

21 March 2016 – Security services have quietly acquired the details of every single person in the UK with access to firearms and put them on a database with known terrorists, it has emerged.

Hidden away in the middle of the government’s draft Investigatory Powers Bill, a snooper’s charter designed to legalise mass surveillance of innocent law-abiding British residents, was a startling admission dressed up as a case study:
BPD Case Study: Preventing Access to Firearms
The terrorist attacks in Mumbai in 2008 and the more recent shootings in Copenhagen and Paris in 2015, highlight the risk posed from terrorists gaining access to firearms. To help manage the risk of UK based subjects of interest accessing firearms, the intelligence agencies match data about individuals assessed to have access to firearms with records of known terrorists. To achieve this, the security and intelligence agencies acquired the details of all these individuals, even though the majority will not be involved in terrorism and therefore will not be of direct intelligence interest. This allowed the matching to be undertaken at scale and pace, and more comprehensively than individual requests could ever achieve. Completing such activities enabled the intelligence agencies to manage the associated risks to the public.
This can be found on page 34 of the draft bill, which is available via the government website (PDF, 299 pages).
All new members of Home Office approved rifle clubs have their personal details – name, address, telephone number, and so on – transmitted to the police by the club. This data transmission is a condition of clubs securing Home Office approval, which is a legal status that allows non-firearm certificate holders to handle firearms and shoot at club events.
Once that information is received by the police, it is run through the same databases used to vet firearm and shotgun certificate holders: the Police National Computer, local force intelligence databases (such as STORM), the Police National Database (to look up the history of properties associated with that person), and Special Branch’s records.
Police forces typically make no response to applicants or clubs unless a person’s history returns a hit. Although the Home Office’s intent with this system was to allow rifle clubs to work together with police in managing risks associated with new members, in the one case where UK Shooting News’ author was involved as a club secretary, all the Metropolitan Police would say is “we would not grant this person an FAC” despite repeated questioning. It turned out that the prospective member in question had accepted a caution for ABH when he was 18, having been caught up in a mass pub brawl.
There has been no indication until now that these records were ever stored beyond their first use, much less handed over wholesale to the security services for surveillance and bulk processing purposes. Nowhere in the literature given to FAC/SGC holders or rifle clubs is there any indication that data handed over will be used for big data analytics projects, merely the blanket get-out-of-jail-free “policing purposes” disclaimer which every applicant must agree to. There is no oversight of what happens to this personal data once it is in the police’s hands.
As well as rifle club members, FAC, SGC and RFD holders and their servants, the database is likely to include armed forces personnel and reservists, police employees, volunteer cadet instructors, Border Force employees, security services employees, large civilian ships’ crews (signalling equipment is typically licensed as firearms), MoD contractors, some private security firms’ employees, and probably a multitude of other categories as well.
A conservative estimate of the number of people these categories cover suggests the numbers run into the millions – meaning that slightly more than 1 in 65 of the entire UK population is now on a state database alongside known terrorists. Moreover, the existence of a single database with personal details of people who can lay their hands on legal firearms is an instant target for hackers working in concert with organised crime, terrorists or even foreign state actors. The very fact that it exists makes every member of the licensed firearms community less safe and more exposed to criminals and terrorists.
It only takes one transposed row in a database, one partly-corrupted file, or one uninterested data entry clerk making a typing error, to destroy an innocent life forever. This is too much power concentrated in one place and it needs to be destroyed.
Featured image: The GB Palma Rifle Team, 2015. Police, the Home Office and MI5 evidently believe these competitive sportsmen and women are a potential terror threat.

LONDON — A British man has been charged with using social media to incite racial hatred after posting anti-Muslim tweets in the days after the Brussels attacks Matthew Doyle was charged Friday after more than a day of questioning by police. The 47-year-old is scheduled to appear in court Saturday.
He is charged with publishing or distributing written material which is threatening, abusive or insulting and likely or intended to stir up racial hatred.
Doyle had tweeted about confronting a Muslim woman in the Croydon area of south London and asking her views on the Brussels attacks. He said she replied that the attacks had nothing to do with her, a response he described as “mealy mouthed.”
He later used an anti-Muslim epithet to describe her.

Some English Confectionaires Drop the Word 'Easter' From Chocolate Eggs

Some English Confectionaires Drop the Word 'Easter' From Chocolate Eggs
New Creme Eggs. A box of five Cadbury's Creme Eggs, London. Anthony Devlin/PA Wire URN:21932678

How can you tell a civilization is dying? When they try to appease the Barbarians at the Gate.
For a while, this tactic worked for Rome, which bought off various barbarian hordes so they wouldn't sack the city. Unfortunately, some of those hordes eventually figured out that Rome was a paper tiger and would gratefully accept the ransom and then gleefully sack the city anyway.
What's happening in Great Britain as the dominant culture seeks to appease the unappeasable is that so much of what is being lost could have been saved if the powers that be actually believed in their own historic values.
Take away what made them great and they become less than ordinary, leaving themselves wide open to emotional exploitation.
What makes the previous somewhat relevant is that there is outrage in England over some candy makers taking the word "Easter" off their candy, especially chocolate eggs. In other cases, the word has been downsized considerably or put on the back of the wrapper.

Like Christmas, Easter can be celebrated as a secular holiday. Easter's timeless themes include the non-religious notions of rebirth and the arrival of Spring. But lurking in the background of our collective consciousness is the real reason we celebrate Easter -- and for some newer arrivals in Great Britain, that simply isn't acceptable.
    USA Today:

Chocolate manufacturers in the U.K. have removed the word"Easter" from the holiday egg candy that has delighted millions of children for generations. But a demand that manufacturers put Easter back on the packaging of chocolate eggs has become the latest culture war issue on the eve ofChristianity’s most important holiday, which falls on March 27.
"It’s deeply disappointing and shameful that some of the biggest companies (they include Cadbury and Nestle) are censoring the countries’ old tradition," said David Marshall, CEO of the Meaningful Chocolate Co., a group set up in an attempt to reintroduce Easter eggs and Advent calendars featuring Nativity scenes in the mainstream market. "It shows they’re insensitive and uncomfortable with the Christian faith."
Anglican Bishop Nicholas Holtam of Salisbury also weighed in: "Perhaps people understand that the festival is religious and do not want to see it turned into something secular," he said.
Cadbury, which is based in Birmingham, England, is also marketing chocolate eggs that celebrate the traditional children’s hunt for eggs at Easter.
Its up-market organic chocolate subsidiary, Green and Black’s, is describing Easter as "the festival of chocolate and loveliness."
The chocolate companies, meanwhile, denied claims they were deliberately trying to distance Easter eggs from their religious origin.
In a short statement Cadbury said: "We do not have a policy to drop Easter from our eggs."
"There has been no deliberate decision to drop the word Easter from our products and the name is still widely used at Nestle," said Laura Archer of Nestle.

The word "Easter" appears on most Cadbury products sold in America this time of year. But here's a link to an article that features a photo of a Cadbury "Creme Egg" -- no mention of Easter. It may not be an announced policy but a simple bow to Muslim sensibilities.
When 4 in 5 people in Great Britain want to maintain the tradition of Easter candy, you have to wonder why these manufacturers are giving in to political correctness. In fact, it may be more profitable to be politically correct rather than risk the condemnations, the boycotts, and the threats that would come from the Muslim community.
Somehow, I don't think paying tribute to the invaders will get Great Britain off the hook.

Daily Mail: UK Taxpayers Money Has Funded Terrorists
The scandal of how Britain fritters away billions in foreign aid — including paying salaries to convicted terrorists who have murdered hundreds of innocent people — is exposed today by a major MoS investigation.
The shocking revelation that thousands of Palestinian terrorists, including men who have masterminded suicide bombings and murdered children, are given cash handouts from aid money will cause anger and disbelief, particularly in the wake of the Brussels massacres.
Our probe exposed how huge amounts of taxpayers’ cash, that critics say should be spent in Britain, is being ‘squandered’ on wasteful schemes elsewhere by the Department For International Development (DFID) and Foreign Office.
Despite claims of astonishing waste, the Government maintains a dogged adherence to the commitment to spend 0.7 per cent of the nation’s income on foreign aid — the highest proportion of any of the world’s major economies — even though last year it had to borrow £70 billion.

Default British Father Banned From Taking His Son To Church

British Father Banned From Taking His Son To Church Because Ex-Wife Is Muslim…
    Sanity? Not in the UK.
    Via Breibart London:
A British father has been banned from taking his nine year old son to church, as his ex-wife is a Muslim. The ruling stipulates he must also feed the boy Halal food and assure him he is an ordinary Muslim boy.
The father has been threatened with loss of custody if he breaks the ban – but he has vowed to challenge the ruling, saying that his son is being brainwashed into Islam and that he doesn’t want him becoming a “dumb sheep”.
The father, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was raised as a Muslim by his strict Pakistani immigrant parents. But he has rejected the faith of his birth, and said he and his wife led a “Western lifestyle” while married.
Following his divorce he has been forging close connections to his local Christian community and would like his son to attend with him, hoping to broadening his world-view. But his ex-wife has secured a court order by District Judge Williscroft at Derby County Court, preventing him from taking his son to church or even to the leisure centre it runs.
“After my divorce, the Christian community embraced me,” the father said. “They run many activities my son enjoys so I go to the church and would like to take my son.
“I was taught that Christians were heartless and immoral, that only Muslims have a peaceful faith and all others are evil. It was only when I began mixing with Christians that I learned this was nonsense.”
But his ex-wife has insisted that their son could “become confused” if exposed to religions other than Islam – a notion the boy’s father rejects.
He told the Mail on Sunday: “This judge is simply scared of being branded Islamophobic. I want my son to have a balanced life in which he is exposed to different faiths and can make up his own mind about which, if any, religion he follows.
“My son is being indoctrinated and the only way I can show him other things is to take him to other places.”
And the order goes further: banning the boy’s father, who has custody of his son at weekends only, from taking him to any religious event or Christian building. He must also only feed the boy Halal food, and, bizarrely must reassure the child he is “an ordinary Muslim boy following Muslim rules.” The father has lodged an appeal with the High Court to have the order overturned.

UK: National Union of Teachers rejects teaching “fundamental British values” as “cultural supremacism”

March 29, 20167:33 am By Robert Spencer 15 Comments
“We need to fight to reject this notion of British values.” The alternative is cultural and national suicide, but few seem to care in Britain, and those who do are being closely watched by authorities, lest they get out of line. As a free society, Britain is finished.

“Teaching children fundamental British values is act of ‘cultural supremacism,'” by Javier Espinoza, Telegraph, March 28, 2016:
Teaching children fundamental British values is an act of “cultural supremacism”, teachers have said, as members of the National Union of Teachers (NUT) vote to replace the concept with one that includes “international rights”.
A legal duty on teachers to promote so-called British values was passed two years ago after the “Trojan Horse” controversy.
However, teachers argue “fundamental British values” set an “inherent cultural supremacism, particularly in the context of multicultural schools and the wider picture of migration”.
The motion, which was passed at the NUT’s annual conference in Brighton, also calls for a campaign to promote “policies that welcome migrants and refugees into Britain” and called on members to “gather and collate materials on migrants and refugees” to be used in schools.
Following the motion, teachers were accused of looking to play “the role of fifth columnists” and that they risked making children feel guilty about being British.

The motion said migrants make a “huge economic, political and social contribution to the country” and condemned the Prime Minister for “racial stereotyping”.

Michel Holland, a teacher from Lambeth, said: “I am the grandson of Irish refugees. We’re all refugees in this country.” He added: “Refugees are welcome here.”
Christopher Denson, a teacher from Coventry, said he had reservations about using the term “fundamental British values” in schools because many of his students had ancestry in countries which had been at the mercy British colonialism.
He said: “The inherent cultural supremacism in that term is both unnecessary and unacceptable. And seen with the Prevent agenda, it belies the most thinly veiled racism and a conscious effort to divide communities.”
He added: “It’s our duty to push a real anti-racist work in all schools. And that doesn’t mean talk of tolerating other’s views, but genuine, inclusive anti-racist work.”
He said every year his school discussed topics such as apartheid and the rise of Islamaphobia. He added: “This year we focussed on the migrant crisis in Calais, the Mediterranean and beyond.
“We organised a politics day for Year 8s in the week before Easter. They had a day to form a political party in their tutor groups to come up with a manifesto, film a broadcast, and make banners and take part in a debate.
“Apart from the quality of the work, the other thing that really made my proud was that every single tutor group had as a policy, ‘refugees welcome, open the borders’.”
He said: “We need to be pushing at every level for anti-racism to be in the core curriculum for every child. We need to continue to gather, collate and publicise such materials and we need to fight to reject this notion of British values, to fight for notions of human values and human rights.
“We have to stand together across communities to bring down barriers, bring down borders, to say no to Islamaphobia, no to anti-Semitism, no to facism and any form of racism. As my Year 8s said, refugees welcome, open the borders.”
Their motion was met with fierce criticism. Chris McGovern of the Campaign for Real Education, said: “Teachers should not be playing the role of fifth columnists in the ideological war currently being fought over our national identity and our national sovereignty.
“Teaching children that British values are part of “cultural supremacism” will, at best, make them feel guilty about being British and, at worst, radicalise them in order to ‘make up’ for the sins of their fathers.
“If one wishes to destroy a nation and build a ‘brave new world’ you begin by indoctrinating and brainwashing the children. This process of ‘re-education’ has started some years ago in our schools and we are, now, seeing its consequences in the suppression of free speech on our university campuses.”
Separately, teachers rejected the Government’s anti-radicalisation strategy over concerns it is silencing conversation in the classroom and damaging community cohesion.
The union called on the Government to withdraw the Prevent strategy regarding schools, which since summer 2015, has obliged teachers to refer to police pupils they suspect of engaging in some sort of terrorist activity or radical behaviour….
They swore, if we gave them our weapons, that the wars of the tribes would cease.
