84%, More Than 4 Out Of 5 Voters, Characterize Immigration From The Middle East As ‘Dangerous’

Survey Results: A nationwide survey of 2016 likely general election voters conducted by McLaughlin & Associates for SecureAmericaNow.org finds that more than 4 out of 5 voters, 84%, would categorize immigration from the Middle East to the United States as “Dangerous.” The plurality, 49%, said “very dangerous,” with another 35% saying “somewhat dangerous.” Only 12%, said it was “not dangerous at all,” with the remaining 4%, saying they didn’t know. These numbers are strong across the board as even Democrats (75%) and Liberals (69%) view immigration from the Middle East as dangerous.

FL Gun Store Owner ‘Muslim Free Zone’ Stands: CAIR Lawsuit Dismissed…
A win for the First Amendment.

A Florida gun shop owner who was sued by the Council on American-Islamic Relations for declaring his store a “Muslim Free Zone” has been vindicated by a federal court.
Andrew Hallinan, owner of Florida Gun Supply in Inverness, was sued by CAIR’s Florida chapter after he made the declaration in a YouTube video in July.
On Tuesday U.S. District Court Judge Beth Bloom said Hallinan, who teamed up with George Zimmerman to raise funds for his legal defense, was within his First Amendment rights to make the statement, according to the American Freedom Law Center who represented Hallinan in the case.
“The general desire of [CAIR] in this case to have Muslims able to access [Florida Gun Supply’s] shooting range someday in the future is insufficient . . . There are simply no facts grounding the assertion that [CAIR] and/or one of its constituents will be harmed—[CAIR] has failed to allege when and in what manner the alleged injuries are going to occur,” the court ruled.
In the statement released Tuesday by AFLC it declared “Florida Gun Supply will not serve “[a]nyone who is either directly or indirectly associated with terrorism in any way.”

A video has surfaced of a lorry bound for Britain on which the driver has hung sizeable cuts of pork to try and keep Syrian Muslims from sneaking into the back.
The clip – posted on YouTube – appears to show a German truck waiting at Calais with at least four parts of the pig attached to its rear bumper.
The driver is believed to have impaled them on the body of the 18-wheeler in an attempt to keep desperate migrants from approaching his vehicle.

Donald Trump’s Proposal To Halt Muslim Immigration Is Prudent, Wise, Brilliant and Long Overdue…

After decades of culturally-dominating politically correct drum-beating that numbs the average psyche (from accepting common sense), it might take a few minutes for the prudent position of Donald Trump to sink-in.

However, once you get beyond the trained instinct of hysteria, and focus on the substantive request, to: “shutdown Muslims entering the United States until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on” – it actually makes a great deal of sense.

Such a position is really not the least bit controversial, and that’s exactly what makes it so brilliant on many levels.
Of course, if you are not willing to accept the concept of Islamic Jihad – and/or if you are unwilling to accept that Islamic Terrorists have been targeting us for the past decade – well, in that instance Trump’s position might seem controversial. The media orgy of hysteria, which included promoting an online anti-Trump poll, getting every single figure of any note to attack him over his proposal for a moratorium on Muslim migration to America from former Nation of Islam member Muhammad Ali to FDR's granddaughter (talk about desperation), has one minor problem with it.
Well two.
The professional Republican political class has to bite down on a poll showing 64 percent of Republicans favor the ban. 52 percent of them strongly favor it.
And around 18 percent of Democrats do as well. The majority of course are following the MSNBC herd signals and are opposed.



37 percent of GOP voters say it makes them more likely to vote Trump. Which is why he did it. 6 percent of Dem voters say it makes them more likely to vote Trump.
In the NBC/WSJ poll, it's a much more narrow split among Republicans. A Rasmussen poll showed

A new Rasmussen Reports survey released Thursday finds that 66 percent of likely Republican voters favor a temporary ban on all Muslims entering the United States until the federal government improves its ability to screen out potential terrorists from coming here.
A quarter of the respondents oppose the plan, with 10 percent undecided.
Among all U.S. voters, almost half - 46 percent - favor a temporary ban on Muslims entering the United States, while 40 percent are opposed, 14 percent undecided.

Bowe Bergdahl With Desertion…Posted on December 14, 2015 by sundance
The unwritten aspect to this story (NPR delivery below) is that the Army Forces Command is overriding the White House who didn’t want Bergdahl charged due to political issues, ie. embarrassment.
Numerous previous outlines have evidenced pressure from inside the political apparatus to dismiss charges against the deserter who was praised in the Rose Garden by President Obama – Today the Army said, nope, the guy is going to face the charges.

(Via NPR) […] Overriding the recommended punishment by an Army officer, head of Army Forces Command Gen. Robert B. Abrams ordered that Bergdahl, now the subject of the Serial podcast, face a court-martial for desertion.
In a statement, The Forces Command described the charges, which they brought against Bergdahl in March:

“The two specific charges referred under the U.S. Armed Forces’ Uniform Code of Military Justice are: (1) Article 85: ‘Desertion with Intent to Shirk Important or Hazardous Duty;’ and (2) Article 99: ‘Misbehavior before the Enemy by Endangering the Safety of a Command, Unit or Place.'”

The Army held a hearing in September to decide if Bergdahl should face a court-martial. The Army lawyer who presided over that hearing, Lt. Col. Mark Visger, sent his recommendation to Abrams, who had the final say.
The New York Times reports that Visger recommended “the sergeant face neither jail time nor a punitive discharge and that he go before an intermediate tribunal known as a ‘special court-martial’ where the most severe penalty possible would be a year of confinement.”
The statement from Forces Command says that the date of the arraignment hearing will be announced later. (read more)
