Pair of Illegal Aliens Gang Rape 12-Year-Old Girl In Nation’s Capital (‘Sanctuary City’)

March 24, 2017 by Dave Gibson

WASHINGTON, DC (The Washington Post) – A Montgomery County man charged with kidnapping and raping a 12-year-old girl told his friend that she was “fresh meat” before the friend raped her as well, according to arrest records filed in court this week in a case that includes alleged crimes committed in the District.
After the alleged attack in Montgomery, the 12-year-old spoke to detectives and participated in a texting sting in which one of the suspects made incriminating statements, according to the records. The two men were being held Friday in the Montgomery jail on $500,000 bonds, according to court records.
Officials identified the suspects as Enrique Carbajal, 24, and Victor Tome, 19, both of the 11500 block of Elkin Street in Wheaton. Detectives said that at least one of the suspects knows the girl’s mother.
According to the Montgomery court records, on March 26, Carbajal called the girl’s mother at her job and asked whether her daughter was at their D.C. address. The mother said the child was with her father, to which Carbajal said he wanted to go ring the doorbell and take the girl to lunch. The mother told him not to do that, according to the records.
The same day, Carbajal rang the doorbell of the residence in Northwest Washington, the girl answered, and he told her that her mother had given them permission to go to lunch, according to court records.
Authorities said the girl was sexually assaulted in her District residence between noon and 12:15 p.m. Carbajal is charged in a warrant with first-degree child sex offense, D.C. police said.
Court documents say Carbajal then took the girl to a van and that she was driven to Carbajal’s apartment in Wheaton, where they had lunch, and where police said he forced her into a bedroom and raped her.
The girl “stated she then opened the door and Tome came into the room,” court records say. “Carbajal stated to Tome that ‘fresh meat’ was there, referring to” the girl.
Tome then raped her, according to police.
Federal immigration agents have filed jail detainers on Carbajal and Tome, a jail official said Friday. Such detainers indicate that immigration officials believe they have grounds to deport someone
They swore, if we gave them our weapons, that the wars of the tribes would cease.

Illegal Alien Kidnaps And Ties Up Texas Woman, After She Helped Him Near Border

The woman offered the illegal alien sanctuary, food and water. He then tied her up and kidnapped her. She’s lucky to be alive. This is what the promoters of sanctuary cities are inviting in to our country.
    Via Breitbart:
An illegal alien tied up a woman and attempted to kidnap her and steal her car after she gave him food and water for three days.
Border Patrol agents assigned to the Carrizo Springs Station in South Texas received a call for assistance from the Dimmit County Sheriff’s Office about a woman seen walking along a highway. The woman reportedly had her hands bound with rope. Agents quickly responded, along with sheriff’s deputies, to assist the victim.
Agents learned the woman helped an illegal alien she found in her backyard. She provided the man with food and water for three days, information obtained by Breitbart Texas from Del Rio Sector spokesman Dennis Smith revealed.
She said that after helping the man survive for three days, he unexpectedly jumped her, tied up her hands and feet, and forced her to get in her car. As the illegal alien attempted to start her car, the woman managed to escape and flee on foot.

Idaho: Hearing today for girl, 5, sexually assaulted by Muslim refugees

    March 27, 2017March 27, 2017 / creeping

Source: Forgotten case: Girl, 5, sexually assaulted by refugee boys
Lacy Peterson and her husband, Levi, have endured nearly 10 months of public shaming and lies told against their family. Even county prosecutor Grant Loebs has used local media to downplay the savagery of what happened to their little girl last June. That’s when two boys from Iraq stripped the girl naked and molested her while the third boy, from Sudan, filmed the incident.
If it had not been for an alert elderly resident of the low-income apartment complex, there is no telling how much worse the assault may have been.
What never could have been anticipated, however, is the way the family and its supporters have been held up to public ridicule by powerful refugee supporters in Idaho and nationwide. City councilmen, the county prosecutor, police chief and even a retired state Supreme Court justice have all taken turns trashing the conservative media that reported on the assault as well as those who have come to the aid of the family.
“We have been treated horribly,” Lacy Peterson said. “The way I feel, our case has been pushed under the rug and soon to be forgotten about. Since June we moved into a house that we can hardly even afford. We were totally fine in the apartments until now.
“I don’t think it’s fair that us Americans get to struggle and work hard and live paycheck-to-paycheck and pray to make bills,” she continued. “And the refugees get to have everything handed to them.”
Lacy suffers from a liver disorder and cannot work. Her husband is a cook at a local hotel. They are raising funds through a GoFundMe account to help with medical and legal bills. They’ve hired a local attorney to represent them in a possible civil suit, but that suit can’t be filed until the criminal case is resolved.
The incident, which happened June 2, 2016, at Fawnbrook Apartments, was witnessed by Jolene Payne, an 89-year-old retired nurse who told WND she saw a 14-year-old boy from Sudan filming the assault in progress inside the laundry room. Two other boys, ages 7 and 10 from Iraq, were inside the room with the little girl, all three with their clothes off, while the older boy shot video.
According to the family, that video showed at least one of the Iraqi boys making contact with the girl’s backside with his exposed genitals. The boys also urinated on the girl and in her mouth, according to the witness and victim accounts.
A pre-trial hearing has been set for Monday, March 27.
The trial has been delayed twice and is now set for April 4-6.
A civil suit against the refugee family and possibly the College of Southern Idaho is also being prepared. CSI gets paid as a contractor to resettle refugees into the Twin Falls area, including those from Sudan, Iraq, Afghanistan and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Julie DeWolfe, a local activist and friend of the family, said the perpetrators have been treated with more kindness and concern than the victim, a special-needs girl from a poor family.
“The rapists still attend public school with the community’s children and live at home with their families,” she said.
“At this point, there is no justice for Jayla. There are fewer people fighting for her because refugee biased political figures have buried the issue, deceived the people through inaccurate statements, and postponed proceedings,” DeWolfe added.
A March 27 court hearing will determine “if this case gets resolved or proceeding to trial,” said Mark Guerry, the attorney representing the family in potential civil proceedings.
“The cynical side of me suspects nobody is anxious to resolve this case or for this case to get back on the public radar and media radar, because they know they are going to have to endure a lot of questions and local interest, and especially with the dissatisfaction when my clients, the parents, and all their supporters who have supported Levi and Lacy from the beginning,” Guerry said. “They are the ones who have pushed hard for prosecutions. They’ve been there and done everything they could to get their side of the case out.”
Guerry said he suspects the local prosecutor, Grant Loebs, “would really wish this case would fall below the radar and stay there. The Twin Falls officials and he in particular have not liked the intense scrutiny that has been given this case, and he has said from the beginning that the victim’s family and their supporters have really exaggerated what happened.”
They swore, if we gave them our weapons, that the wars of the tribes would cease.
“As a general rule, the earlier you recognize someone is trying to kill you, the better off you’ll be.”

Illegal Alien Broke Into Woman’s Home, Tried To Kidnap Her Child

March 29, 2017 by Dave Gibson

FORT SMITH, AR (KFSM) – A Fort Smith man is in jail facing felony attempted kidnapping and residential burglary charges, as well as misdemeanor third-degree battery, according to local law enforcement.
Jaime Barroso, 39, is accused of the said charges and is being held in the Sebastian County Detention Center without bond on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold. Barroso is an undocumented immigrant.
The arrest stems from a matter reported Monday (March 27) about 1:40 a.m., according to police.
A woman reported Barroso, her ex-boyfriend, showed up at her home, went inside uninvited and threw her cellphone outside to curtail her from calling police, but one of her children had a cellphone and dialed 9-1-1 for help after witnessing a disturbance between the two, an arrest report states.
The woman reported Barroso attempted to abduct her, and also tried to kidnap her son all while threatening to take them to another state. Barroso reportedly told the woman, “She couldn’t be happy if he couldn’t… .”
The mother and child were able to get away from Barroso and ran behind some nearby apartments, the report states.
While taking the woman’s report, an officer asked how Barroso entered her home. The arrest report also sates she explained that after the two broke up, she she demanded that he return her key, to which he did, but it wasn’t until during the matter she found he had an extra copy made.

Cuban Nationals Were Running Marijuana Grow Site For Mexican Cartel

March 29, 2017 by Dave Gibson

NORTH COVENTRY TOWNSHIP, PA (CBS) — Chester County authorities say they have busted a marijuana grow operation that was run by Cuban nationals.
The Chester County District Attorney’s Office said in a statement that three Cuban nationals were arrested for running a marijuana grow operation in North Coventry Township, as authorities seized over 100 plants ready to produce approximately 200 pounds of marijuana.
“This was a sophisticated grow operation,” Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan said in a statement. “The defendants, with ties to Cuba and Florida, clearly are part of an organized criminal network. It was their bad luck to try an operation like this in Chester County.”
The statement says that when North Coventry police were serving a search warrant on March 24 at the residence of 41-year-old Berto Quinones, officers saw Quinones leave with two other suspects — 34-year-old Yordanky Hevia-Martinez and 46-year-old William Delgado — in a black Audi with temporary New Jersey license plates.
Hogan says, “The police could literally smell raw marijuana when they got to within a couple of hundred feet within the residence.”
On top of the marijuana plants, police say they seized items used to grow and harvest marijuana, including lighting, fertilizer, fans, and other material.
“They also found a marmoset monkey in among all the marijuana,” said Hogan. “It’s funny, all of these hardcore drug guys who came in the investigation not to tell us that there were over 100 plants of marijuana in there but to say there’s a really cute monkey in there.”
Hogan says the monkey was sent to an animal refuge.
Police say the suspects bypassed the electrical meter at the residence to gain access to the electricity they needed to run the operation.
“When you use that amount of electricity you are clearly using it for an illicit purpose, often for marijuana grow operations,” said Hogan.
“This case is another example of inter-agency cooperation between North Coventry Township Police Department, DEA, Pennsylvania State Police, and the Chester County District Attorney’s Office,” North Coventry Police Chief Bob Schurr said in a statement. “Through this cooperative working relationship, we were able to rid our community of a substantial amount of marijuana that would have potentially been distributed throughout the region. This ongoing relationship shows the dedication that all law enforcement has to rid our communities of illicit drugs.”
The suspects were arrested and remanded to Chester County Prison. They have been charged with felony drug trafficking offenses.
The group has also been tied to Mexico, and investigators believe this growing operation was just part of a larger nationwide, perhaps worldwide network.
They swore, if we gave them our weapons, that the wars of the tribes would cease.
“As a general rule, the earlier you recognize someone is trying to kill you, the better off you’ll be.”

Sickening. Update to this previous story.
    Via Chicago Sun Times:

Chicago Police announced the arrest of the first “of several juvenile offenders” in the assault, Chicago Police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said on Twitter.
The boy is facing felony counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault, manufacturing of child pornography and dissemination of child pornography, police said.

    Unaccompanied minors.
    Via The Roanoke Times:
Three Salvadoran MS-13 gang members have been charged with second-degree murder in relation to the death of 17-year-old Raymond Wood, Bedford County Sheriff Mike Brown announced Friday afternoon.
Victor Arnoldo Rodas, 19; Jose Coreas-Ventura, 21; and Lisandro Posada-Vazquez, 24, have been arrested and charged with second-degree murder, Brown said during a news conference at Central Virginia Community College’s Bedford campus.
All three are undocumented immigrants and were arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement on Tuesday after initially being detained by the Bedford County Sheriff’s Office, according to an ICE spokesperson. Rodas and Posada-Vazquez had been living in Lynchburg.
All three are members of the gang MS-13, Brown said, which is made up mostly of Salvadoran nationals or first-generation Salvadoran-Americans, as well as other Central and South American immigrants.
Brown said Wood’s death was not random and is connected to “narcotic-related activity.”
