A 24-year-old London man is facing multiple charges after allegedly threatening to shoot people inside the London Muslim Mosque over the weekend, London police said Monday.
Police responded to the mosque at 151 Oxford St. W. near Wharncliffe Road around 1:40 p.m. Sunday. Authorities directed parishioners to lock the doors and officers arrived at the scene soon after, taking a man into custody without incident, police said.
As a result of the investigation, Omid Ghaffouri, 24, has been charged with uttering threats of death or bodily harm, disturbing religious worship or certain meetings, and failing to leave premises when directed, police said.
“There is no information to suggest that this incident was hate [or] racially motivated,” police said, adding no injuries were reported, and no firearm was found.
In a statement posted to Facebook on Sunday, the London Muslim Mosque said a man had entered the mosque during prayer service looking for food and assistance. After being given some food, the man “persisted in his asks,” according to the mosque.
“During a verbal confrontation the situation escalated and he made threats to those present,” read the statement.
“At this time, the London Muslim Mosque is not treating this as hate motivated and believes there is no ongoing threat to the Mosque.”

That, in the opinion of the House, the government should:
(a) recognize the need to quell the increasing public climate of hate and fear;
(b) condemn Islamophobia and all forms of systemic racism and religious discrimination and take note of House of Commons’ petition e-411 and the issues raised by it; and
(c) request that the Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage undertake a study on how the government could
(i) develop a whole-of-government approach to reducing or eliminating systemic racism and religious discrimination including Islamophobia, in Canada, while ensuring a community-centered focus with a holistic response through evidence-based policy-making,
(ii) collect data to contextualize hate crime reports and to conduct needs assessments for impacted communities, and that the Committee should present its findings and recommendations to the House no later than 240 calendar days from the adoption of this motion, provided that in its report, the Committee should make recommendations that the government may use to better reflect the enshrined rights and freedoms in the Constitution Acts, including the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

22017CANADA: Muslim-pandering Prime Minister upset over $1,000 reward for recording Islamic hate speech spewed in any Peel District School during Friday Muslim prayers

The fact that any Canadian public school district is allowing exclusive Muslim prayer sessions on its premises during school hours, while everyone else in in class, should make that school ineligible for any government funding. Apparently, there is more than one public school district in Ontario that is happy to accommodate the excessive religious demands of supremacist Islam.

CTV News Prime Minister Justin Trudeau called for the need to “work to ensure that everyone understands [and respects] their Muslim neighbours” after a man in an online video offered a $1,000 reward for recordings of Muslim students at any Peel District School Board school “spewing hate speech” during Friday prayer.


“Canadians have understood that our differences are a source of strength, not a source of weakness,” Trudeau said at a press conference in Etobicoke on Friday morning. Trudeau’s call to action came after staff at Peel District School Board were asked to be “extra vigilant” during Friday prayer following the video’s release.


The video (below) was posted to YouTube on Wednesday by Mississauga-based Kevin J. Johnston of the online publication Freedom Report. The publication brands itself as “the last great bastion of honesty and freedom in Canada.” Its founder, Johnston, routinely criticizes Islam and its adherents.

After a recent school board meeting dealing with the issue of Muslim prayers in schools, Johnston wrote that Muslim students were trying to “infiltrate Peel region public schools and spread their message of hate and death.” Two years ago, Johnston faced off against Mississauga Mayor Bonnie Crombie in an attempt to stop the development of the Meadowvale Islamic Centre.


In response to the video, Peel District School Board, which governs schools in Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon, called it “hate-filled showmanship.” “The video itself prejudices our Muslim students in a way that is both unfair and untrue,” Brian Woodland, a spokesperson for Peel District School Board said in an email to CP24. “It also encourages the inappropriate behaviour of other students in our school communities.”

Blazing Cat Fur reported that an e-mail from Mark Harding, a distraught father, said “Islamic ritual prayers are done in my 13 year old daughter’s school, Valley Park Middle School, on every Friday.


Every Friday my daughter’s school cafeteria changes into a mosque as dozens of Muslim boys and their imams (Islamic preachers) lead Islamic ritual prayers and no one else can even walk through the cafeteria.


Some imams come from the outside of the school and lead Muslim students in the Islamic prayer and this happens at the school Cafeteria after the lunch on Fridays. There is a mosque nearby but the Muslim kids pray in the school School administration take part preparing the cafeteria and making it into “mosqueteria” every Friday and no one but Muslims can use the cafeteria during the Islamic prayers on Friday.

Trudeau stood behind this right to Muslim-only religious accommodation after denouncing the video below.

Montréal-Trudeau Airport is named for the late Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Elliott “Papa Doc” Trudeau, whose son Baby Doc, a.k.a. “Justin”, now occupies the commanding heights of the government in Ottawa. Trudeau fils is importing Muslim immigrants into Canada as fast as they can be flown in, so it’s only fitting that his eponymous airport is riddled with mujahideen on the runways and in the baggage room.

Montréal-Trudeau Airport is confronted with employees who show signs of radicalization, including one who has just been relocated away from the runways because of the risks he presented. This is what our Bureau of Investigation and the show “J.E.”, presented tonight at 7:30pm on TVA, has discovered in recent months.
Four employees had their access to the secured area withdrawn as a precautionary measure. At least three of these individuals (two still working at the airport) display a profile that worries police.
Some have visited pro-Islamic State websites, broadcasted propaganda on social networks, and consulted an abnormal number of documents dealing with weapons or explosives.
Of the four security clearances that were withdrawn, one was withdrawn after an airport employee with access to the secure area suggested that he would perpetrate attacks similar to those in Paris on November 13 2015.
Two other cards were confiscated because workers had psychiatric problems that put the safety of airport operations at risk.
“Concerning”
Montréal police provide armed security at the airport. Six officers are on-site at all times, but only three are available to patrol the entire terminal, and they do not have long weapons. In frequent practice, two agents are mobile.
For Patrick Lalonde, the assistant director of the SPVM and one of the leaders of the fight against terrorism in Quebec, this information is “worrying”. “The SPVM and its partners work every day to evaluate the threat and to counter it,” he said.
Marcel Savard, formerly in charge of counter-terrorism at the Sûreté du Québec, was also worried about the situation. “What concerns me,” he said, “is the strategic position that these people occupy.”
“We have a concern for all types of threats; radicalization is one of them,” notes Pierre-Paul Pharand, vice-president of airport infrastructures at Aéroports de Montréal (ADM), in a report that will be presented tonight on the TVA airwaves.
This former soldier watches over the safety of the 16 million passengers who pass through the airport each year. He argues that his organization takes the situation seriously. “Whenever there are issues related to radicalization,” he says, “we act with our partners.”

The Canadian federal government plans to impose newly enhanced airline security measures on certain Canada-bound flights, but has refused to provide any details about which airlines, airports, or countries would be affected by the restrictions, citing a need for secrecy.

CP24 Garneau said the measures — in place until further notice — would ensure greater security on flights coming to Canada “from certain countries,” but he added little else. “I’m not in a position to tell you from where for obvious security reasons, and I’m not in a position to tell you specifically the measures either, and you will understand that for security reasons we don’t talk about these things, but we have, following our analysis, put in place additional measures.”
