    Default Obama Is Toast

    Fantasy Island
That would also explain his smooth maracas.
In honor (and complete misunderstanding) of Palm Sunday, Barack Obama went in search of palm trees yesterday and ended up in the island paradise of Cuba. Assuming that your definition of "paradise" is "someplace you'll be thrown in jail for life if you don't say it's paradise."

In his never-ending quest to build a legacy, the president is normalizing relations with the oppressive communist dictatorship in hopes of increasing the number of investment opportunities for his wealthy donors, while decreasing the number of Cuban immigrants whose children might grow up to become conservative GOP presidential candidates.

While in Cuba, Mr. Obama will be staying at The Only Nice Hotel and have full use of The Only Running Car, and will attend a baseball game, give a speech to the locals, and no doubt visit one of Cuba's famous cigar factories where tobacco leaves are hand-rolled on the supple thighs of local virgins.

He will also visit a fully-socialized Cuban hospital which specializes in the treatment of supple thigh cancer.

President Barack Obama was photographed in front of a giant mural depicting Argentine Marxist revolutionary Ernesto "Che" Guevara on Monday during his historic visit to the communist country.

Obama arrived in Cuba on Sunday, marking the first visit by a US president in 88 years. The US announced that it would restore diplomatic relations with Cuba in late 2014.

The estrangement between the US and Cuba started in 1959 when Cuba's revolution overthrew a pro-American government. Guevara is a famous figure of the revolution.

Obama was also photographed in front of a mural of Camilo Cienfuegos, another Cuban revolutionary.

Some critics on Twitter have questioned the optics of such photos.

FARC Terrorists Will Meet John Kerry During Obama’s Cuba Trip
by Frances Martel 21 Mar 2016
FARC negotiator Pastor Alape and a member of the Colombian government confirmed to Reuters that the meeting had been scheduled. Colombia’s El Tiempo notes that Kerry will meet with the terror leaders “to ratify [Washington’s] position as an ally of the peace negotiations but, at the same time, to give the talks a push so that the final signing of a deal does not continue to get delayed.”

How Ironic: The Day Obama Claims to Bury The Last Remnant of The Cold War, ISIS Attacks the Capital of Europe

During his speech in Havana, President Obama proclaimed, "I have come here to bury the last remnant of the Cold War The juxtaposition of Obama speaking with the chaos in Brussels demonstrated just how disconnected he is with the real world. The disconnection was further reinforced with his presence at a MLB exhibition game between the Cuban National Team and the Tampa Bay Rays complete with bromancing Derek Jeter and doing the wave with Raul Castro. I suppose we should be thankful that Havana isn't abundant with golf courses.
This trip to Cuba & his legitimization of the Castros speaks a great deal about Obama's priorities. This is bad enough as an exercise in vanity, but's even worse when ISIS is actively murdering civilians on American soil and on the soil of our allies & all Obama can say is that ISIS isn't Islamic. For better or for worse, it's the sort of thing that makes people turn to Donald Trump. - Aaron Goldstein, The Spectacle

Obama Official: Freed Gitmo Terrorists Killed Americans

    American lives don't matter

Obama insists on closing Gitmo and freeing as many Islamic terrorists as he can before he leaves office.
Terrorists have been freed despite having high risk ratings. They have been freed over the resistance of Obama's own defense secretaries, one of whom was fired for refusing to speed up the release of terrorists. They have been freed despite the disturbing rate of recidivism. They will go on being freed even though they have killed Americans.
Americans have been killed by prisoners released from the detention center at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, a senior Obama administration official told lawmakers Wednesday, triggering sharp criticism from Republicans opposed to shuttering the facility.
Testifying before the GOP-led House Foreign Affairs Committee, Paul Lewis, the Defense Department's special envoy for the closure of the detention center, declined to provide details and did not say whether the incidents occurred before or after President Barack Obama took office in January 2009.
"What I can tell you is unfortunately there have been Americans that have died because of (Guantanamo) detainees," Lewis said during an exchange with Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, R-Calif.
"When anybody dies it is tragedy. We don't want anybody to die because we transfer detainees," Lewis said. "However, it's the best judgment and the considered judgment of this administration and the previous administration that ... we should close" the Guantanamo detention center.
    Sure.

Freeing Gitmo terrorists kills Americans. Let's free more Gitmo terrorists. This is what the treasonous administration has come down to. This is a blatant admission that American lives don't matter.
Senator Mark Kirk has an intriguing proposal for throwing a monkey wrench in Obama's plans.
Additionally, I have suggested that Congress cut foreign aid if a country accepts a detainee transferred from Gitmo and the detainee escapes custody or re-engages in terrorism. The administration recently transferred two Gitmo detainees to Ghana, a country with a notoriously mismanaged prison system, and I have called for cuts to foreign aid of $10 million per detainee if Ghana is unable to hold and monitor the detainees transferred there and ensure they do not re-engage in terrorist activities.
They swore, if we gave them our weapons, that the wars of the tribes would cease.
