Olbermann Calls On Foreign Intelligence Services to Overthrow the U.S. Government. Really.

To the intel agencies of the world: We need your help. pic.twitter.com/w8oVz1JcSi

Talk about crazy train, this is where some of the left are at this point…
    Via Weekly Standard:
Trump’s firing of FBI director James Comey certainly raises a lot of questions. However, the two salient facts here remain: The Trump-Russia investigation isn’t going away, and not even the FBI disagrees that it was within the Trump’s power to fire a man who serves at the pleasure of the president. In fact, by firing Comey so abruptly, Trump may have breathed new life into the investigation. One of the golden rules of Washington still applies here: Never assume malevolence when incompetence will suffice as an explanation.
Nonetheless, there is an emerging strain of thought in the fever swamps of the left that not running around with your hair on fire at right now is the hallmark of a collaborator. To that end, I present Keith Olbermann’s latest rant, in which the former MSNBC host calls on foreign intelligence agencies—including, incredibly, the Russian GRU—to help overthrow the U.S. government. Ostensibly, this is to save us from “a coup” presently under way by “the greatest threat to the freedoms of this nation that this nation has ever faced, the Trump administration, the Trump junta.” Even for Olbermann, this is pretty Olbermann:

GOP Congressman Heckled At Town Hall While Discussing Deceased Daughter’s Health Struggles

Disgusting OFA-organized fake ‘protesters’ who have no humanity…
    Via Free Beacon:
Rep. Tom MacArthur (R., N.J.) was repeatedly heckled and interrupted at his town hall Wednesday night while discussing the health problems of his special needs daughter Grace, who died at age 11.
In the midst of his town hall, MacArthur said he wanted to “go back to my daughter, just for a moment.”
“Shame on you!” one person yelled.
Angry attendees seemed to suggest he was using her story to distract from his key role in the American Health Care Act, which passed last week in the House as a means of repealing Obamacare. The Senate is currently drafting its own health care legislation.
“I will say shame on you right now, actually,” MacArthur said. “Don’t tell me what I’m using. I’m going to tell you because this affects my perspective. It affects my perspective on this issue of health care.”
Someone yelled out, “We’ve heard this story.” A woman said the story was a “canned response.”

Republican Congressman Has A Message For Leftists Who Left Profane Sign At His Home

Check the comments on his tweet here. These people will justify anything. And they’re not protesters, they’re criminals.
    Via The Blaze:
A Republican lawmaker took to Twitter on Thursday with a message for protesters who left a profane sign at his home.
Rep. Jeff Fortenberry (R-Neb.) tweeted a picture of a sign he said was left outside of his home that read “Traitors put party above country. Do the right thing for once, s**thead.”
Fortenberry wrote, “Be angry with me, direct your protest at me, but do not frighten my children in their home.”
KETV-TV reported that the Fortenberry family reported the incident to police after their 11-year-old daughter discovered the sign.

Texas A&M Won’t Fire Professor Who Said “Some White People Must Die”…

    Via Red Alert:
In a May 10, 2017 email to students obtained by Red Alert Politics, Texas A&M President Michael K. Young refused to discipline or fire Professor Tommy Curry. Curry called for white genocide, saying in a 2012 podcast “in order to be equal, in order to be liberated, some white people may have to die.”
While condemning Curry’s remarks as “disturbing comments about race and violence that stand in stark contrast to Aggie core values,” Young refused to say that they were disqualifying for Curry’s position or worthy of discipline.
Young defended the comments as protected by the First Amendment, saying, “The First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution protects the rights of others to offer their personal views, no matter how reprehensible those views may be.”
Maybe Young is unaware, but the First Amendment prohibits the government from regulating speech — but doesn’t guarantee employment for those who work for government-funded institutions. Employees still represent their institution, and institutions reserve the right to fire or discipline employees if an employee embarrasses their organization or proves they cannot teach objectively.

Vandals Chop Down Trees At Trump-Run Golf Course…

    Maxine Waters wanted for questioning.
    Via Daily Caller:
Vandals cut down trees on a Donald Trump-owned golf course in the Bronx Tuesday morning.
The local CBS affiliate reported two men climbed over the eight-foot fence near the 15th hole at the Trump Golf Links at Ferry Point and began slicing trees down with a chainsaw.
Four trees between 20 and 30 feet fell, and a course manager claimed it was not the first instance of such an incident. A maintenance crew, the CBS affiliate noted, chased away the vandals, who left their chainsaw on the course.

Democrat Refers to Middle America as ‘Podunk, USA’

Left coast elite shows disdain for Middle America.
    Via Free Beacon:
A Democratic lawmaker from California referred to Middle America as “Podunk, USA,” during a committee meeting last week, several sources inside the meeting told the Washington Free Beacon.
Remarks by Rep. Anna Eshoo (D., Calif.) during a closed-door Energy and Commerce Committee meeting with Federal Communications Commission Chairman Ajit Pai raised eyebrows from those present.
The moment occurred when Eshoo pushed back against Pai when he was discussing expanding broadband access to rural areas.

    Default Atempted Political Assaination

A Woman Allegedly Tried To Run A Republican Congressman Off The Road Over His Vote To Repeal Obamacare Wendi Wright from Tennessee was charged with reckless endangerment for allegedly trying to run Congressman David Kustoff off the road.
    Posted on May 12, 2017, at 8:32 a.m.

A woman in Tennessee was accused of chasing a GOP congressman in her car and then screaming at him after she allegedly became upset over his vote to repeal and replace Obamacare, police told BuzzFeed News on Friday.
Wendi L. Wright, 35, was arrested and charged with felony reckless endangerment for the incident that occurred in Weakley County on Monday.
Wright allegedly followed a car occupied by Tennessee Rep. David Kustoff and two others on a highway and placed them "in fear of being forced off" the road, according to the Weakley County Sheriff's Department.
The other occupants of the car included the driver and Kustoff's aide, Marianne Dunavant, Sgt. Marty Plunk of the sheriff's department told BuzzFeed News.
On Monday afternoon, Kustoff attended a meeting at the University of Tennessee at Martin with the Dean of Agriculture, Todd Winters, and others in the agriculture department, Plunk said.
After Kustoff finished the meeting, Wright allegedly tried to stop him on campus and talk to him about her grievances, Plunk said. However, the congressman left in his car and "that's why she began following him," according to Plunk.
Winters told BuzzFeed News that Wright was not part of the meeting and that he did not know her.
When Kustoff's vehicle turned into a driveway of a person they were familiar with, Wright allegedly got out of her car and "began screaming and striking the windows" of his vehicle, police said.
At one point she reached inside his vehicle and then stood in front of it in an attempt to block him in, according to police.
Plunk said there was a "lot of cursing" according to eyewitnesses who "couldn't understand a lot of what she was saying."
"I've been led to believe she was upset over a vote he had cast involving health care," Plunk said.
Kustoff voted for the bill to repeal and replace Obamacare in the House on May 4.
“I voted for the American Health Care Act because our current health care system is failing Tennesseans," Kustoff said in a statement after his vote. "We promised the American people we would repeal and replace Obamacare, and today, the House voted to keep our word and provide relief."
The controversial American Health Care Act would allow insurance companies to charge people with pre-existing conditions higher premiums in states that choose to do so. It also includes other contentious provisions such as stripping federal funding for Planned Parenthood.
Another aide who was behind Kustoff's car witnessed the incident, Plunk said.
Someone called 911 during the encounter, but Wright left before police arrived. Authorities later identified her after she posted about the incident on Facebook, the sheriff's department said, but declined to provide details about her post.
Plunk said that when police attempted to speak to Wright about the incident and get her side of the story, she refused to cooperate.
"That left us with no other choice but to issue an arrest warrant for her and take her into custody," Plunk said.
Wright was released after posting a $1,000 bond and will appear in court for her arraignment on Monday.
A spokesman for Kustoff told BuzzFeed News that the congressman had no comment on the incident.

Dems plan 'sustained protest,' warn GOP lawmakers 'Be Afraid'

    by Paul Bedard | May 12, 2017, 8:22 AM

Democratic party officials and other leaders of the anti-Trump "Resistance" are putting Republican House and Senate members on notice that they will step up their disruptive protest tactics this summer.
"The demonstration season isn't even in full swing yet," said Gene Stilp, a Pennsylvania Democratic Party coordinator.
In an interview with Sinclair TV's Full Measure with Sharyl Attkisson, he added, "This spring and the summer you're going see people really get active. These guys are going to be afraid to even cross the state line to come back into Pennsylvania."
Andrea Walker, described as an anti-Trump activist, said, "There's an incredible amount of things that we could do including pick up marches, you get an email and it says for you just to go and you know, 'Tomorrow show up here!'"
She added, "What I'm hoping for is to make this as easy as possible for people to have a sustained protest. Let's try and go on for two years, you know, without swooning in fatigue."

Over the past week, protests and shouting matches at the town halls held by lawmakers have escalated and the Examiner's David Drucker reported that "resistance" leaders are using the firing of FBI Director James Comey to stoke the anti-Trump fire.

Attkisson, whose show appears on Sinclair stations Sunday morning and live streams online, raises concerns that the protest movement is being driven in part by a "shadow government" or "deep state" funded by top Democratic and liberal donors.
She addressed it in an interview with North Carolina Rep. Mark Meadows, head of the conservative House Freedom Caucus.
Attkisson: "Beyond the public town hall opposition that we see, some people think there's sort of a shadowy version of this opposition going on inside government. What's your take on that?"
Meadows: "Well we do see some of that. I mean unfortunately we've seen a lot of that. They certainly have a name and they certainly have a face."
Meadows added that unlike the Tea Party movement, the "Resistance" appears driven by Trump hate and egged on by Democratic leaders and organizations.
"They are directing it, and of course that makes me a little uncomfortable here in my chair, you know, as you see that, because you're seeing what is actually the case. We're seeing at town halls across the country a real organized effort uh to not really change policy as much as it is to get videos to go viral. I'm very familiar with the Tea Party uh activists and grassroots activists. I would say that this is a different type of group; highly organized but not as much content-driven. It's really a factor of just not accepting a new president," he said.
Stilp seemed to agree when he said, "We have basically an idiot running the government right now and attempting to run the government, or I think he governs by Twitter. I think he's one of the worst presidents we've ever had. And that's why he's not my president; but how do you stop him?"

Getting Dangerous: Man Gets Physical With GOP Congressman At Town Hall

Democrats are organizing these things, whipping up the anger and the crazy. Someone is going to get seriously hurt.
    Via Daily Caller:
A man got physical with Republican North Dakota Rep. Kevin Cramer at a town hall meeting Thursday before being escorted out by police.
The man was yelling at Rep. Cramer, “Will the rich benefit from, if the health care is destroyed, do the rich get a tax break? Yes or no?” He then shoved cash into the congressman’s collar, saying, “There you go, take it.”
Cramer responded, “That’s too far,” and police escorted the man from the meeting. Another man was escorted out after he stepped in and blocked the man yelling as he was angrily approaching the congressman.
