I can't make a phone call or send an email that isn't scanned for suspect verbiage and I'm to believe that, somehow, Russian malware found it's way onto some gubmnt pogue's laptop, that wasn't connected to anything but caused lights to flicker and briefly dim all throughout the free world and in response "we're" to consider a preemptive first strike?
