    Default Prayer Request

This winter has been the longest/harshest in my memory. Currently the house is surrounded by 6 foot snow drifts. I have shoveled so much snow since December that my right shoulder is in constant pain. I received another foot of snow last night, 2 vehicles are completely snowed over and will be till spring. The private road leading to the house has a wall of snow 5 feet tall on either side and is now virtually impossible to plow-out by normal means. There is a severe ice storm forecast today followed by 4" of rain in the next 48 hours. The last power outage lasted 4 days and I am quite worried for everyone in this area.
Please pray for the safety of these people and relief from this harsh winter season. Thank you

Lenno ... STOP SHOVELIN! Enjoy the peace 'n quiet. And get some turmeric on that shoulder and into a toddy ... hit it from both sides.

Prayers that in Father's Test of your mettle you don't succumb to the cabin fever ....

having had surgery on both of my shoulders, I can relate, Lenno. Prayer sent. Oh, and I agree with O.W. on the toddy part.

Prayers for you and your neighbors Lenno!

We just got hammered by a Nor'easter which dropped about 14" which immediately froze. Many of my neighbors are without power and it's dropping down to 21 overnight with a strong wind.

My snow thrower froze up solid and it took hourse to thaw it out. Btw if you hose the inside of your snow thrower with WD-40 it really helps keep it clear.

If there's anything I can do don't hesitate to fire off a PM.

Lenno, O.W. is right.... Don't overdo it. The EMTs might not make it through the snow, if you really threw something out!
I'll remember you and yours in prayer tonight. Take it easy, brother.
