Vast quantities?I just put 1-1/2 pounds of dried navy and great northern beans on to soak. Tomorrow night they should be delightful, baked beans which I intend to consume in vast quantities along with the fresh rye bread. Maybe break a couple soft boiled eggs onto the beans. Oh man.
