Judge: Trump Incited Violence Against Protesters At Kentucky Rally Lawsuit Can Proceed…

A federal judge in Louisville said in a ruling that then-candidate Donald Trump incited the use of violence against three protesters when he told supporters at a campaign rally a year ago to “get ’em out of here.”
U. S. District Judge David J. Hale of the Western District of Kentucky also wrote in an opinion and order released Friday that because violence had broken out at a prior Trump rally and that known hate group members were in the Louisville crowd, Trump’s ordering the removal of an African-American woman was “particularly reckless.”
Citing case law from tumultuous 1960s race riots and student protests, Hale rejected motions to dismiss the pending complaint against Trump and three supporters in the crowd that was filed by three protesters after a March 1, 2016, campaign rally in Louisville. Only a portion of the defendants’ motion was granted, but the decision means that the bulk of the claims will proceed. Hale referred the case to Magistrate Judge H. Brent Brennenstuhl.
The protesters, Henry Brousseau, Kashiya Nwanguma and Molly Shah, are seeking unspecified monetary damages. They claim they were assaulted by audience members who were riled up by Trump. Besides Trump, the lawsuit names three defendants in attendance — Matthew Heimbach, a leader with the white supremacist group Traditional Youth Network from Paoli, Indiana; and Alvin Bamberger, a member of the Korean War Veterans Association from Ohio; and an unknown individual.

Plan To Split California Into Three States Earns Spot On November Ballot

California’s 168-year run as a single entity, hugging the continent’s edge for hundreds of miles and sprawling east across mountains and desert, could come to an end next year — as a controversial plan to split the Golden State into three new jurisdictions qualified Tuesday for the Nov. 6 ballot.
If a majority of voters who cast ballots agree, a long and contentious process would begin for three separate states to take the place of California, with one primarily centered around Los Angeles and the other two divvying up the counties to the north and south. Completion of the radical plan — far from certain, given its many hurdles at judicial, state and federal levels — would make history.
It would be the first division of an existing U.S. state since the creation of West Virginia in 1863.
“Three states will get us better infrastructure, better education and lower taxes,” Tim Draper, the Silicon Valley venture capitalist who sponsored the ballot measure, said in an email to The Times last summer when he formally submitted the proposal. “States will be more accountable to us and can cooperate and compete for citizens.”
In the initiative’s introductory passage, Draper argues that “vast parts of California are poorly served by a representative government dominated by a large number of elected representatives from a small part of our state, both geographically and economically.”

Conservatives must arm up and vote to protect themselves from increasingly unhinged leftists poised to commit violence against them, says Hollywood actor James Woods.
Woods took to Twitter to give his take on Rep. Maxine Waters’ (D-Calif.) calls over the weekend to intimidate and harass Trump officials and supporters.
“Now that a United States Congresswoman has called for harassment against Republicans and the inevitable violence that will come of it, I urge all of you to a) get armed, and b) vote. Your life literally depends on it,” he tweeted Sunday.

Democrat leadership and the media have whipped leftists up into an unhinged frenzy over reports illegal immigrant children were being separated from their parents at the border.
In just the last week alone, the left publicly harassed several Trump officials, threatened President Trump’s son Barron with pedophile rape, and equated anybody who voted for Trump with a Nazi.
Waters called on her supporters to employ fascist tactics – harassment and intimidation – to bully Trump officials and supporters into submission.
“Let’s make sure we show up wherever we have to show up and if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere,” she yelled on Saturday.
Given that leftist talking points reached a new level of hate, and that they’ve already engaged in violence against conservatives, such as a Bernie supporter opening fire on GOP members of Congress at a Virginia baseball field last year, it’s only a matter of time until the left’s rhetoric against Trump supporters results in somebody getting killed.
