    Trump as already stated he'd utilize Article II if a strike on NK were necessary. Sounds like they're anticipating a nuke test for the 25th and calling in the senators to the WH to inform them of the strike(s).

    This has GOT to scare the pants off of some people, as careers have been built on the diplomacy of benign neglect. Kicking the can has paid very well.
