Pony, do you have speakers connected to your computer?

It doesn't have to be loud, you don't have to hear it, it just has to be on so you can "feel it".

    Here, read this: http://www.wikihow.com/Detoxify-Your-Kidneys-Naturally

    And this http://thewarriorscave.blogspot.com/...lam-yogic.html

" .... Keep the tongue against the roof of your mouth. Get into the posture as
if it was a YOGA ASANA. Hold it with the body relaxed completely. As
you hold the posture breath deeply using your belly breathing or what
Dr. Morris would call the "Buddha's Breath" (Inhale down to your lower
abdomen and fill it with chi or breath. Gently push down on your
genitals as if you had to pee and then pull up on your sphincter
muscles and Glutes and tighten the abs a bit. Then exhale and draw in your belly towards your spine. Imagine as if your navel area could touch your spine (this produces
anice massage for your internal organs)
    . ...."

Do it, learn it and do it some more ....

Pony Up, I'll be praying for you throughout the day that all will go well, and no damage will be done.

Just came across the thread. Will be keeping you in my prayers.
    Psalms 13:6
"I will sing unto the Lord,
because he hath dealt bountifully with me".

Praying for your needs and that God keeps you in that "bubble" of the peace that passes understanding. I call it a bubble, it makes me feel like I am inside of it, looking out at my surroundings while the storm rages.

    THE END ISN'T NEAR.........IT'S HERE

The problem is not global warming – it is moral cooling.

I can tell you our prayers were answered. The procedure went great. God is awesome! OW-I will look into those links.
Laura, that's a great way to focus on Gods protection during life's storms. Will continue to keep everyone posted. Have had many tests and the results will soon be coming.

Update: The doctor confirmed multiple myeloma. The good news: It's presently stage 1-early.The great news: I know the Great Physician and have a great prayer team. They want to start chemo early next week. Pray that side effects both marginal and serious aren't encountered and that procedures go smoothly. Your prayers are greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the update. I will be speaking to the Great Physician on your behalf. For ease from the chemo, and for the total and complete healing of your body.

    Hang in there!
