Update: Mandalay Bay Massacre – Federal Judge Releases FBI Search Warrant Documents, Sheriff Announces Press Conference…

Posted on January 14, 2018 by sundance
Speaking at a law enforcement appreciation event on Saturday January 13th, Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo said he anticipates having a news conference in about a week regarding the investigation into the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history. However, according to attending media, “he doesn’t expect the update to include shooter Stephen Paddock’s motive”.

Last Friday a federal judge released more than a dozen search warrant affidavits filed by the FBI in the initial weeks following the Vegas shooting. The judge released the documents in response to a lawsuit filed by a group of media organizations.
The search warrants’ present a snapshot of the evidence investigators were looking into around the first two weeks of October 2017. The shooting took place on Sunday October 1st around 10:00pm (local). Example release below:

Report: Stephen Paddock Was Paranoid He Was a Victim of Government Mind Control

Las Vegas killer feared he was an “experiment,” claims call girl

Las Vegas massacre gunman Stephen Paddock was paranoid that he was a victim of government mind control, according to a prostitute who stayed in his infamous Mandalay Bay hotel suite. In an article that has received virtually no attention, the Radar reveals that a call girl who was booked to see Paddock either the day before or the day of the massacre was reported missing by her boyfriend after the shooting, which left 58 dead and 800 injured.According to another sex worker named Mikaela, the prostitute “was telling girls after work that she was scared something would happen to her.”Mikaela worked as Paddock’s $6,000 a night prostitute and slept with him in the infamous Mandalay Bay hotel suite from which Paddock launched his deadly assault. She saw Paddock two to three times a month after the 64-year-old gunman volunteered to be her “sugar daddy”.Mikaela also claims that shortly before the attack, Paddock began sending deranged messages to another call girl in which he claimed to be a victim of government mind control.“There’s messages where Stephen is telling her he’s a government experiment and that they are listening to everything he says and does, and they can hack into his brain and take over,” Mikaela said. The veracity of the story is dubious given its nature, but conspiracy theories surrounding the most deadly shooting in American history are inevitable given the complete lack of information about the motive behind the attack. As Infowars reported days after the shooting, former Trump campaign official James Brower claimed that Paddock made an ISIS propaganda tape and that authorities were covering up the fact that the mass shooting, for which ISIS claimed responsibility, was a terror attack.Last month, Republican Congressman Scott Perry appeared on Fox News and revealed he had been made aware of information to suggest the massacre was a terrorist attack.Officials have said that information pertaining to the motive behind the attack will not be released until October – a year after the shooting.Last week it was revealed that investigators attempted to question a second suspect in connection with the attack. It is unclear whether the man remains under scrutiny.

    FBI coverups: Las Vegas edition
I have no idea what happened in Las Vegas. But I know two things. First, the Official Story is the one thing we know did not happen. Second, the FBI now has less credibility than Congress and the mainstream media... combined.
The FBI maintains that Stephen Paddock — the reported lone gunman — was a mystery man and his motive for killing dozens and injuring over 500 people still has not been pinpointed. Those assertions are simply untrue, FBI officials confirm. Lies. In the coming weeks, True Pundit will detail various parts of its investigation into the shooting and more importantly, paint a detailed portrait of the events leading to the shooting and Paddock’s likely accomplices and associates.

    The major, shocking revelations include:

    • When FBI brass was provided with forensic evidence of multiple gunmen, they told agents to stand down and focus on Paddock only. Even a key internal audio captured by a hotel guest of multiple rifles firing from Mandalay Bay went ignored, covered up.
    • When FBI brass was provided the names of persons of interest who likely assisted Paddock, agents were instructed not to interview the individuals. One would-be target was never pursued despite pleadings from intelligence officials and agents that he was possibly the second shooter.
    • The FBI uncovered specific evidence showing that Paddock was anti-Trump and had an affiliation with ANTIFA, though it never was divulged to the public and agents did not follow such leads, per orders of their superiors.
    • When FBI brass was given evidence that the shooting was possibly linked to ANTIFA radicals working with an ISIS-linked terror faction — including the full identities of some of the suspects with ties to both radical groups and at or near Mandalay Bay the night of the deadly shooting — agents were never instructed to follow up on the investigation and pursue the suspects.
    • When intelligence officials approached the FBI and LVMPD with external evidence that Paddock was only one member of an organized terror cell — which included as many as five gunman who planned to fire from the Mandalay Bay suite — the compelling evidence was covered up. Never pursued.
    • When FBI brass was provided with forensic evidence that Paddock’s death was not a suicide, the intelligence was never pursued by the FBI and LVMPD. FBI sources said Paddock suffered two gunshots. His autopsy report only details a single bullet to the head. FBI sources maintain Paddock’s autopsy was doctored and is a fraud.
    • When an ISIS-linked “businessman” from Turkey was pinpointed in the investigation — and found to be residing near Las Vegas at the time of the shooting — FBI agents were not instructed to follow up and pursue intelligence leads showing possible links to the massacre.
    • FBI and intelligence officials believe Paddock and associates chose to strike the Las Vegas country music concert with over 22,000 people because they likely supported President Trump. FBI agents said they were instructed to keep that key motive quiet too.
    • When MGM refused to share cctv footage from Mandalay Bay, FBI agents were threatened by superiors that any whistle blowers divulging such revelations to the media would lose their jobs. The FBI still has never been provided all the camera footage from the Mandalay Bay, FBI agents said.
Considering how crazy things are getting these days, I wouldn't even be surprised if we were to be informed that David Hogg and his little team of Parkland's Totally Not Crisis Acting Troup were the real Las Vegas shooters.

Lombardo Lied: New Vegas Shooting Documents Reveal Three Women Found In Stephen Paddock’s Room

Recent documents released regarding the the October 1, 2017 Las Vegas Shooting are beginning to shed light on more discrepancies and abnormalities surrounding the official timeline and narrative of the tragedy as originally stated by Sheriff Joe Lombardo and Special Agent Aaron Rouse of the Las Vegas FBI , including documentation that three women were found in the alleged shooter's room.

The most recent batch of documents that were released include witness reports, dispatch logs, and officer reports that recount the events that took place that night and further reveal that Paddock was not alone in his room as was was first stated by Sheriff Lombardo.

Page 26 of the dispatch logs that were released by LVMPD details the moments when the alleged shooter, Stephen Paddock, was located by a security detail at the Mandalay Bay. As actions were taken to assemble a team of officers to apprehend the suspect, a dispatcher shared the name of the alleged shooter located in Room 32-135, along with three females that were reported to be in the room with Mr. Paddock. However, the names of those three women are redacted from the report, while the checkout date listed for the women aligns with Paddock’s planned check out date of October 2, 2017. In the log, as seen on page 26, the following was documented as having taken place at 11: 02 pm the night of the shooting when police breached Paddock's room. "Units in control room 32 135. Suspect name of K(P)addock, Stephen. There three females in room."

The three women are then listed at #1, #2, and #3, with their check in and check out dates, but their names are redacted from the log. "Checked on (in) on 9-25 scheduled to check out Oct 2nd."

Shocking details such a the one above are found all throughout the nearly 2000 documents that were released following a court order after The Associated Press and additional media outlets had to sue the LVMPD for the release of this information, information that the public has the right to see, as there are many questions left unanswered due to communication shut down by Sheriff Joe Lombardo of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

Other details revealed in the dispatch log include calls that were made to report multiple gunshot wounded victims hiding in fear for their lives all over the strip. There were panicked calls made from Sundance Helicopter about possible hostages taken.

The details of the LVMPD dispatch log on page 26 specifically reveals that dispatch received information from Mandalay Bay regarding guest names, additional parties in the room, along with check-in and departure dates for Paddock and the three women found in his room, all of which completely contradicts information given to the public in early reports from LVMPD and Sheriff Lombardo. In press conferences held shortly after October 1, Lombardo specifically stated that Paddock checked into his suite at Mandalay Bay on September 28th, 2017 and that he stayed in the room by himself.

Sheriff Lombardo was challenged on the initial timeline by investigative journalist Laura Loomer at a live press conference based on evidence to support an earlier check-in date of September 25, 2017, and only then after being exposed as a liar on live TV did he provide the correct details. The newly released logs provide documented proof that Lombardo was aware of the check-in date of Paddock and his guests.

LVMPD and FBI have maintained for almost eight months that Stephen Paddock was a lone gunman. Their reports state that he did occupy two rooms during his stay, the 32-135 suite and an adjoining room, 32-134, which was registered under his girlfriend’s name, Marilou Danley.

Information within the official LVMPD reports also stated that Ms. Danley was out of the country on a trip to the Philippines at the time of the shooting. Despite her fingerprints being present on ammunition, and her own personal admission of helping Paddock load ammunition into his guns, LVMPD maintains she is no longer a suspect in the shooting.

However, police documentation of the three females who were found in Paddock's room, and whose identities have been redacted from the logs, leads to questions of additional persons of interest involved, including Marilou Danley. There are several witness accounts that state Danley was in town with Paddock, and had foreknowledge of Paddock’s talks about a potential shooting at an open air concert.

One of the recently released witness statements includes a witness who recounts seeing Danley and Paddock at The Noodle Shop the Friday before the shooting. A hairdresser shared a wild story of Paddock rambling about an open-air concert and easy access for shooting. The hairdresser claims she shared her concerns with Ms. Danley and reported them both to the police, according to her statement.

LVMPD dispatch logs show documentation of ISIS activity on page of Danley's Facebook friend

There are also dispatch logs showing that the night of the Las Vegas shooting, LVMPD knew that Danley had followers on her Facebook page who showed ISIS “beheading videos” on their Facebook pages. While independent journalists were first to report that Danley deleted her Facebook page immediately following the Las Vegas shooting, it was later confirmed in January of 2018 when police search warrants were released. It is also worth noting that immediately following the Las Vegas shooting, ISIS claimed responsibility for the shooting, claiming Paddock was an ISIS terrorist who converted to Islam six months prior to the attack. Even after the FBI said ISIS wasn't involved, ISIS has continued to take responsibility for the Vegas shooting nearly four times, and has even published ISIS propaganda since the shooting in which they promise to attack Vegas again.

Besides proving that the public has been mislead about Paddock being alone in his suite at Mandalay Bay, dispatch logs confirm that Sheriff Lombardo had knowledge of the accurate timeline and check in date, as well as the three women the public is just now learning about when he held his press conference the day after the shooting, where he intentionally gave the public misinformation.

Although LVMPD and the FBI have remained adamant that Paddock was a lone shooter who acted alone without any outside help, these newly released police logs and witness statements are further evidence that there are possibly additional suspects or people of interest who were not mentioned in Lombardo's press conferences, or at any time within the eight months that have passed since the horrific shooting.

Despite the new details in the logs, investigators have yet to provide a motive for Stephen Paddock, or any additional information that gives the public any answers or understanding as to why a gunman or gunmen decided to open fire from a 32nd floor hotel suite onto a country music concert, killing 58 people and injuring nearly 800 more. Yet, there continues to be multiple inconsistencies in what was originally stated by Sheriff Lombardo and the LVMPD.

In the coming days as more of the logs and witness statements are examined, more shocking information about the Las Vegas shooting will come to light. Information regarding the Las Vegas shooting that has yet to be process and released includes more than 20,000 hours of video footage, 251,099 images, and thousands of witness accounts and police phone calls.

It has been eight months since the Las Vegas shooting, and the world still doesn’t know what happened in Vegas that night. Why did the Las Vegas shooting happen? Who are the three women who were found in Paddock's room? Was this an ISIS terrorist attack? These are only some of the many unanswered questions surrounding the mystery known as the Las Vegas shooting. However, one thing remains undisputed and continues to present itself to the public. Sheriff Lombardo intentionally misled the public about the details surrounding the Las Vegas shooting, and he continues to do so as he asks the public to grant him a second term as Clark County Sheriff on June 12, 2018.

In the meantime, the citizens of Clark County must decide if the lies, misinformation, deception, and corruption that has been demonstrated by Sheriff Lombardo, and proven in these newly released documents is the type of leadership and protection they are comfortable with in the upcoming election for Clark County Sheriff.

Las Vegas cop 'terrified with fear' as gunman murdered dozens, body camera footage shows

Las Vegas police release more video from night of massacre

Raw video: Las Vegas Metro Police Department releases body cam footage as officers make way to Stephen Paddock's room at the Mandalay Bay hotel during the attack as automatic gunfire is heard in background.

An armed, veteran police officer stood idle for several minutes last October as the Las Vegas gunman slaughtered dozens of concertgoers from a perch one floor up, and now that cop's actions -- and inaction -- are being reviewed by the Metropolitan Police Department.

The investigation into Cordell Hendrex, and the rest of the city’s police department, comes as Las Vegas prepares to release its ninth batch of footage and records related to the shooting, which left 58 dead and hundreds injured.

“Every officer’s actions that night are being evaluated,” police spokesperson Carla Alston told the Las Vegas Review-Journal last week. “One of the things Sheriff [Joseph] Lombardo has said from the beginning is that this is an ongoing investigation. Part of that investigation is the evaluation of the performance, actions and conduct of every officer and civilian employee involved in the incident.”
The actions of Hendrex -- which have drawn comparisons to those of Scot Peterson, a former school resource officer labeled a “coward” by President Trump after Peterson failed to act during February’s Parkland high school shooting -- have come into the spotlight following record releases in May and June.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Officer Cordell Hendrex, left, has come under scrutiny for his response to the October mass shooting that left 58 people dead. (Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department)

Video footage showed Hendrex leading a police trainee and three Mandalay Bay security guards to the sounds of gunfire coming from the hotel’s 32nd floor, where Stephen Paddock set up his sniper post, but not confronting the shooter.
In body cam videos released last week, Hendrex is seen directing the group, with their handguns drawn, on the 31st floor.
"Holy s---. That's rapid fire,” Hendrex is heard saying amid the sounds of Paddock unloading his rifle. “Oh my God,” he later says, before letting out an exasperated sigh.
Hendrex, who has reportedly worked with the police department since 2009, also told police radio he was “inside the Mandalay Bay on the 31st floor, we can hear automatic fire coming from one floor above us.”
"Just be advised it is automatic fire, fully automatic fire from an elevated position," he is told in response. “Take cover.”
The video footage, captured by the body camera of Las Vegas Officer Elif Varsin, then shows the group standing in the hallway for about two minutes before taking refuge in a stairwell heading up to the 32nd floor for around 15 minutes, at which point the clip ends.

“I know I hesitated and remember being terrified with fear and I think that I froze right there in the middle of the hall for how long I can’t say,” Hendrex later wrote in a police report that was made public in May.
“I knew that if I could come at the shooter or shooters from another side or a different angle then we could surround and contain them from escape and keep them from hurting more victims,” he added, while noting he forgot to turn his body camera on until later in the shooting.
“I could feel my mouth was extremely dry and cotton mouth and I had no spit I also felt myself starting to get tunnel vision and I can remember concentrating on tactical breathing to calm myself,” he said.
But for retired Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Lt. Randy Sutton, Hendrex’s actions weren’t good enough.
“The body cam footage that came out, it’s really disturbing… and you know it’s frustrating to me both as a retired police officer, especially with Metro, to see this made public and to feel the frustration that he didn’t do anything, that he just froze, even by his own report, was so frightened that he didn’t do anything,” Sutton told Wayne Allen Root on the June 29 edition of Root's radio program. “And not only him but since he was the senior officer, the trainee that was with him didn’t act nor did the security people because they were waiting for his lead."
Sutton added: “Just like in the Parkland shooting I have to face the facts and treat matters like this legitimately and so when there is a screw-up or when there is an embarrassment like this, I have to be truthful about it as much as I find it distasteful to talk about.”

Other law enforcement experts, though, said they could understand why Hendrex hesitated as the shooting unfolded.
"We teach officers to respond directly to the active killing. Every second that it continues to go on, more lives are at risk," J. Pete Blair, a criminal justice professor and director of the Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training center at Texas State University, told the Associated Press. "But we don't expect them to take unnecessary risks."
Thor Eells, the executive director of the National Tactical Officers Association, told the AP that “you can simulate an active shooter scenario, but it's not the same as when real bullets are flying."
And Eugene O'Donnell, a former New York City cop and now instructor at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice, said “we have to be realistic."
"Police officers are civilians with guns,” he told the Associated Press. “The notion that they can spring into action and take on a mass murderer who is running up the body count is probably something you can't ask."
Las Vegas police are expected to release a report about the shooting by August and the FBI has said its report – which will focus on the motive for the attack – is due sometime before October 1.
They swore, if we gave them our weapons, that the wars of the tribes would cease.
