The children were told to access art books and cards that were in the library. The teacher didn't buy the cards. They had been in the library for years. The teacher assumed that books and materials in the library were safe.
Its not safe to step foot in public schools anymore. Its a minefield.

10 YOs are a bit young, I say let them have their childhood free of such concerns and I have to wonder if there is not an undisclosed back story to this incident that warranted termination.
