During a speech in 1995 Eric Holder says people need to be brainwashed into thinking negatively about guns.
I guess giving guns away to drug smugglers is a part of his brainwashing campaign.

Now this fella and his associates have managed to induce a significant portion of the population with a persistent condition of stupid.
