As you read this militant Muslim Fulani herdsmen are continuing to target Christian individuals and families throughout Nigeria’s Middle Belt. These militants will stop at nothing.

The Fulani extremists fight and take over land through violent means. They believe their radicalized version of Islam gives them every right to take possession of everything in their path.

And the attacks have been brutal with thousands of Christians killed and whole villages burned...and more lives of believers in Nigeria are at risk.

Islamic State Guns Down Churchgoers in Ongoing Terror Wave Against Pakistani Christians

(Worthy News) - An Islamic State terrorist attack against Christians in Quetta Sunday has led one Christian leader to warn that Pakistan has never been more dangerous for non-Muslims than it is now."It increasingly looks like the IS is targeting the Christian minority in particular, for want of better reason, simply because Christians are an anathema, pariahs in their own country," said Wilson Chowdhry, Chairman of the British Pakistani Christians Association.Around 6 p.m. Sunday, as Christians departed a church service in Quetta, three gunmen on two motorbikes drove by and indiscriminately opened fire on people walking along Essa Nagri Road. Witnesses said they heard the terrorists shout "Allahu Akbar" as they sped away. [ Source: CBN News ]

Pastor Jailed and Tortured for Preaching Shares Horrors Christian Prisoners Face in Vietnam

Friday, April 20, 2018 | Tag Cloud Tags: Christian, Human Rights, News, United States, Vietnam, Worthy News

(Worthy News) - Evangelical pastor Nguyen Cong Chinh will always have the scar on top of his head to remind him of the years that he was imprisoned, beaten and tortured for daring to advocate on behalf of indigent people groups being denied human rights by Vietnam's communist government.
Having been arrested over 200 times for his human rights advocacy over a span of three decades, it wasn't until Chinh was jailed in 2011 and sentenced to 11 years' imprisonment for "undermining national solidarity" by violating a preaching ban in the Central Highlands that his persecution started gaining international attention.
Thanks to pressure from the international community and the United States government, the founder of the Vietnamese People's Evangelical Fellowship was released last July 28 with six years still left to serve on the condition that he and his family leave the country. How long will I be allowed to remain a Christian? - Fox News

“How long will I be allowed to remain a Christian?”

That was the deeply dismaying question posed to me by a friend with four young children as we discussed the plight of the Christian faith in America and around the world.

Thanks for posting that, Pastor. A very "spot on" article for the times in which we are living.

Hmmn ...what do ya 'spose Jesus thinks about all this?

The faith seems to be a bit weak ... ebb 'n flow with the popular tide.

what seems so clear to us, those of us who claim Christianity, is not so clear to those who are not. To them, we are extremists, anti-gay and Islamophobic. To those who name the name of Christ, we are primarily seeking peace, offering our peace to others and offering--not forcing or beating or kidnapping them into a relationship with Christ. Tolerance is demanded to those who are gay, liberal and leftist. Anyone not in one of those groups is considered a threat and abhorrent to the 'norm'. He promised us His love and guidance and in the end, His persecution would eventually reach here. Looks like it's already happening. prep and pray, the end has arrived.

The persecution of Christians is not going well, at least around here. Persecutions by Christians seems to be taking a bit of a break, too. Praise the Lord.

Side note: What's the PC policy on capitalization of terms like Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, etc?
