    Default Costco has emergency kits.

I'm not sure how much of a bargain they are.

FYI some walmarts have 72 hour survival bags, in the camping section. While there you can get some 5 year shelf life energy bars, and blood clotting agent.

The items in the bags themselves seem to be pretty good, for a 72 hour stint. Pop up tent, radio, flashlight, poncho, first aid kit. To name a few items. Runs between 50-60 bucks.

For Costco, go to costco.com and search for "emergency kits" - one of the responses will bring you to more food you could eat in a year.
