Default The U.S. government and its mind control research

    https://personalliberty.com/u-s-gove...#disqus_thread

Modern mind control is a very sophisticated process that prepares the public mind to act in support of "the system" at the expense of the individual and personal privacy and liberty. We write about this often because this psychological warfare on the people is used by the establishment to collectivize and mold the public mind to its will, stealing the people's liberty.

Beyond just seeing the people as their subjects, the agencies within the federal government view the people as its lab rats. Government men from the so-called health agencies to the military to the intelligence agencies have long conducted experiments on people both openly and in secret that involved efforts at mind control and to develop weapons for combat.

Efforts within the military-industrial complex and the intelligence agencies to create super soldiers and weapons that controlled the minds of the enemy took off after World War II. Two of these programs were/are MKUltra and DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency).

The CIA mind-control program MKUltra was revealed by the Church Committee. Documents uncovered in the 1960s demonstrated that the CIA was experimenting on people — often without their knowledge — in an effort to find drugs and methods that would affect the human mind in ways that would make them obey commands or react to spontaneous signals without hesitation and forget their actions and that would alter their personalities and disable them. These are just some the nefarious mind-control experiments the CIA engaged in.

Among the most famous victims of MKUltra (that we know about) are Ken Kesey, Whitey Bulger, Robert Hunter, Harold Blauer, James Stanley, Wayne Ritchie, Ruth Kelley, Dr. Robert Hyde, George White, and the agents of the Office of Security and Technical Services Staff – both CIA departments.

The goal of the program was — among others — to create soldiers and secret agents who perform their tasks without thinking and without a conscience; like drones or machines.

DARPA's research is more expansive, but it also focuses on mind control for military applications. Among the programs to come out of DARPA research is a 24/7 soldier program was created a decade ago which aimed to discern and strengthen parts of a soldier's brain which are immune to sleep deprivation. DARPA has also worked with connecting the brains of two people so they would think as one and toward creating mind-controlled drones. If you've read about some type of mind-link technology in science fiction,
odds are DARPA has worked on creating it.

DARPA is also working on a program that uses electrical stimulation to help soldiers learn skills faster (like languages and analyzing surveillance images) and to learn to acquire targets and shoot faster. According to media reports, this new stimulation project seeks to improve a person's ability to learn so the Department of Defense can churn out soldiers and intelligence agents at a far faster rate.

    From a report:

For the new stimulation project, dubbed targeted neuroplasticity training, or TNT, research teams will focus on peripheral nerves that project into the brain and tug at memories. By delivering electrical pulses into the body's nervous system, the scientists aim to modulate the brain's neural connectivity and production of key chemicals. That kind of neural tuning can "influence cognitive state—how awake you are, or how much attention you're paying to something you're viewing or performing," says Doug Weber, a bioengineer at DARPA who heads up the TNT project… Weber says he envisions intelligence agents or soldiers wearing some kind of noninvasive stimulation device that delivers precise electrical pulses as they practice their skills. And unlike caffeine or energy drinks, the stimulation can be turned off and, hopefully, causes fewer side effects.

But before DARPA can sharpen its sharpshooters, it must figure out exactly where and how to stimulate the body's nervous system. That's the charge to the university groups—to understand the anatomy and function of neural circuits associated with learning.

These programs – and others, like the Navy's experiments with electromagnetic radiation we have told you about – came to mind after Muckrock revealed something it found in a cache of documents from the Washington State Fusion Center's response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.

The records discuss remote brain mapping technology and electromagnetic weapons that function as "psychoelectronic " weapons able to perform such mind-altering functions as reading or writing your mind, causing intense pain, causing "rigor mortis," or incessant itching in order to disable the target. They include charts and graphs that supposedly demonstrate their effectiveness and the areas of the body targeted.

Muckrock dismisses the documents' authenticity, positing that they are not "government material," writing:

It's difficult to source exactly where these images come from, but it's obviously not government material. One seems to come from a person named "Supratik Saha," who is identified as a software engineer, the brain mapping slide has no sourcing, and the image of the body being assaulted by psychotronic weapons is sourced from raven1.net, who apparently didn't renew their domain.

It's entirely unclear how this ended up in this release. It could have been meant for another release, it could have been gathered for an upcoming WSFC report, or it could even be from the personal files of an intelligence officer that somehow got mixed up in the release. A call to the WSFC went unreturned as of press time, so until we hear back, their presence remains a mystery.

But as noted above, the U.S. government has a long history of using its people and military members as specimens for its labs – sometimes with their knowledge and consent, but more often not. This history includes infecting prisoners with pathogens, biological warfare (spraying bacteria over American cities and releasing disease-infected mosquitoes in highly populated areas of the U.S.), spraying unsuspecting military personnel with biological and chemical agents, exposing them to nuclear blasts, and conducting radiological experiments on the poor, sick, mentally disabled and some conscientious objectors.

And given the government's history with mind-control experiments and its use of electromagnetic radiation – which is known to cause a myriad of health problems in humans including corneal damage, tubular degeneration of testicles, brain heating, sterility, altered penile function, death, cranial nerve disorders, seizures, convulsions, depression, insomnia, chest pain, and even sparking between dental fillings -- in Olympic National Park, it's certainly not inconceivable the U.S. is performing some of these experiments even now.

It could explain why some mass murderers who carry out horrific deeds – which often those who know them claim is completely out of character – are known to have complained of headaches and other maladies, along with hearing voices in their heads prior to the commission of the heinous acts.

It's entirely possible the release of the documents was not an accident at all, but was designed to get the information in the public sphere in a misdirection campaign. The idea being, a seeming accidental release of the information tagged in such a way to discredit it would serve to have the program labeled as "conspiracy theory," where it will be automatically dismissed by purveyors of conventional wisdom. That way, anyone who dares to propose that the government is conducting these experiments can quickly be marginalized as a "crackpot."

If that's the case, the effort has been quite successful, judging from the comments below the article.

All the while, the government carries out its abominable practices on the people who remain blissfully ignorant.
Plato once said, “Wise men speak because they have something to say. Fools, because they have to say something.”

"Fere libenter homines id quod volunt credunt." "Men willingly believe what they wish to believe."
    Julius Caesar

There's no natural calamity that government can't make worse.
