Yes, the headaches are so severe that he hasn't been able to work for a several weeks now, and is the reason that he went to the ER in the first place. The second time he went to the ER, he was admitted for extensive testing. MS is what they have found after ruling out everything else. He also has double vision episodes, and is losing his sight in his right eye, 20/120.

Thanks again for your prayers, and I will keep everyone updated as we find out more.

    Still praying.

While doctors do not have a cure for MS, God can still heal.

His Grace is sufficient and all things still work together for good to them that love him.

Absolutely, Pastor. We have seen His healing miracles in our own lives before! I trust daily in His grace and mercy!

Cary and I were praying so hard that Jason wouldn't be deployed to Syria a few weeks back. His unit was already leaving. Part of them had already left. God did answer that prayer, but we wasn't expecting how God answered. With this diagnosis, Jason will never be deployed as long as he is in the military. I don't know if he will receive a medical discharge or not. DIL told us that it will depend on what the neurologist says on Monday.

Sheree, I just spotted this thread. I will be praying for Jason, and all your family.

My husband's sister was diagnosed with MS about 10 years ago and is still alive, able to travel, etc. Seems like I read in the news about a year ago that some new development they'd made in the treatment of MS, because I sent her a link to the story.

Sometimes God answers our prayer in ways we would never conceive, but it is always for our good. Love you guys.

Thanks grower! Yes, God did answer our prayers. Jason was about to get on the plane when he had to be taken to the hospital. God spared him just in time. We didn't expect this, though. So, we are trusting God and his plan. The new neurologist that he will be seeing is supposed to be one of the best in his field. I'm praying that he will give us a good report after he sees Jason.

We love you, too. Your testimony here over the years has always been an inspiration to us.

    Update on Jason......

His doctor's appointment with the neurologist, yesterday, was inconclusive. This specialist needs time to review all of Jason's scans and tests, before he makes the official diagnosis of MS. He has Jason coming back next month, which will give him time to review everything. He may want to do more testing, too.

Since he is still in the military, they have made arrangements for Jason to start physical therapy to hopefully help him learn to balance himself better while walking. The vertigo is really bad. The special glasses that he's been wearing for his double vision doesn't seem to be helping anymore.

Thanks to all who are continuing to pray.

I am asking God for his Divine Mercy on you and yours, for his healing touch. Draw closer to him, your son and wife especially because he has something very special to show you, and you all will need to draw closer to hear him. His word is a lamp unto your feet.

    See also, Psalm 91.
As an American you have the right to not believe in guns. You also have the right to not believe in God. But if someone is trying to break into your home, or wants to harm you, the first thing you will do is pick up the phone and call someone with a gun. The second thing you will do is pray that they get there in time. ~Don Moore

    Prayers for your son.
This Shabbat runs into Shavuos, when we celebrate the giving of the Ten Commandments. <--- good time to pray for healing!
