William Binney, former NSA technical director, dispels the Russian wire taps in the following video.
I’m going to let Mr. Binney explain the shenanigans pulled off, as he’s the expert data detective.
Binney says it’s a “local” job, and it wasn’t a hack—neither from overseas nor from the Russians.

According to Binney, Guccifer 2 was manipulating the data and, therefore, the data is false!
“It’s fabricated data.” There is “forensic proof it was not a Russian hack but a local hack via a ‘thumb drive’.”
“We need to expose the bad actors in the Deep State!”

The false data claims coming out of U.S. intelligence agencies and departments regarding the ‘Russian hack’ need to be brought to the attention of the current congressional hearings on the Russian matter.

    What do you think?

It was quite easy actually. IF you had actually listened to the former tech boss at the NSA explain the issue you would have learned the hack could not have happened the way the progs allege due to the restricted data rates on the undersea cables. The speed of transfer would have needed to be 4 times faster than the capabilities of the fastest available path, which is simply impossible. The actual data rate was exactly the speed of a USB type drive, connected locally. What a coincidence!
Europe used to have empires. They were run by emperors.
Then we had kingdoms. They were run by kings.
    Now we have countries...
