By reading that thread, you'll see that my prediction came true. You'll also see that a number of other predictions I made also came true...well after I predicted them.

So, how is your documented record at predicting the future?
ell I ain't goin' to TB2K so you'll have to dirty your pinkys and bring dem prognostications over here

"When you remove peaceful revolution; you insure violent* revolution".

*'Violent' here means fighting with guns and bullets. 'Peaceful' means fighting with words.

We are right now engaged in a 'peaceful revolution'. The next step is 'violent revolution'...
No violent revolution has ever brought about liberty to the people.
In EVERY CASE a more violent and repressive government
has taken its place. It has been proven since it happened
on this continent in the late 1700s and France shortly after.

Before the war was over, the individual states/colonies
enforced a new property tax on the people.
When the soldiers returned to their farms, they found
that they owed great sums in taxes to the states.
The farmers could not work their farms as they were fighting for liberty.
The states demanded payment in gold or silver.
Both were practically nonexistent in the colonies.
Many farms were bought up by the money lenders for the back taxes
as they were the only ones to have the metals.
(there were no banks as we know them at the time)

The new Congress voted to blockade Rhode Island as it was the
only state to put the ratification vote directly to the people.
Ratification lost by an 11 to 1 margin.
RI later ratified it under duress before the blockade would have been enforced.
The other States ratified the Magic Parchment through their
conventions composed of Lawyers, Money Lenders, Merchants and Land Speculators.
Patrick Henry spoke eloquently against the Constitution in the Anti-Federalist Papers.
In the end he voted for it as he was first of all a Lawyer.

Good old George Washington laid Federal Districts over the
new States so he could lead a Federal Army larger than what
he had during the Revolution to enforce a 25% tax on liquor.
During the war and after, the people of this country became taxed
far higher than they were under the Crown.
The people controlling the government knew that the people
were exhausted from years of battling the British and had no stomach
to battle the new federal government that was shoved down their throats.

Violent revolution never brought about liberty to the people
The only thing that will work is starving the beast.
Gandhi proved this in India as the best weapon to throw out the British.
Unfortunately, another government was put in place of the old.

History is a lie agreed upon and largely a fairy tale.
so, go knock your selves out on a futile enterprise.
I will sit back with my popcorn and beer and just watch.
I WILL defend myself and family from either side that threatens or attacks.

    So...who is 'happy Hoppy'?

I stand by what I posted.

Back when I was married with 4 daughters to support, I did some 'backing off'. These days, with the kids grown with kids of their own...no way.

And this is NOT a threat. If anything, it's a warning to anybody that thinks they can hunt me down and 'get' me.

I live by my sig lines. For me, they are not just some 'nice sounding' phrases.

...And I have 'stepped into the street' twice...in the 'Old West' meaning of that phrase...and I'm still here to tell about it.

Lol...call me MISTER Shorty...remember that old song?

If they come hunting for me; they can consider themselves lucky if they *don't* find me.

Lol, Mr. Bullwinkle, you may not have the 'liberty' to step off your master's plantation whenever you want...but I surely do because I am the master of my 'plantation'.

"Sorry, but it's hard to be humble

    When you're a Texican."

And, lol, that's not a misspelling. There's actually 3 'states of being' for Texas folks.

'Texan' is for modern and recently 'moved to' residents. The 'moved to' folks are still thinking as folks in the state they moved from.

Texian' is a person thinking like the people from when Texas had only been a state for a short time.

'Texican' are the type of people who made Texas a free and independent NATION.

And, btw, It was John F. Kennedy and here it is...

“Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable."

The socialist dims keep pushing their socialism...bullets will fly...hide and watch.

House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (republican)...an others...could actually say the bullets are already flying...

The economy is the wild card here. What happens when (not if) things take a big dive? Welfare and Socialist Insecurity gone, reduced substantially or rendered worthless by hyperinflation? It won't be happy happy joy joy time.

Karl has finally written an opinion I can agree with. His logic and facts are unassailable. When the deep state/mass media is in opposition to the will of the people (trump...) the die has been cast, and the war (already) has broken out at the highest level.

(Just barely) enough true Americans have been blessed with a true leader who stepped up to the plate at the last minute to save what shreds remain of the Republic, to vote his m in, and now it is truly the last inning of the game to save America from those who have calculated to destroy it for many generations now. Make every vote, word, - and when it comes to it - every action count. What have you to lose but your freedom life and property which you inherited and which you should intend to bequeath to your descendants.
