In all this time Nikki Haley has been far and away the best Ambassador to the U.N. the U.S. has ever had.

Rumor circulating around DC is Jeff Sessions will not be the AG after the midterms. Lindsey Graham will become AG, and Nikki Haley will run for Graham's vacated seat in the Senate.

POTUS knew this for 6 months but Haley's staff didn't know until the presser today. That doesn't sound like the behavior of a chronic leaker.
But who knows. She's been a tough advocate for America and our allies at the U.N. and I for one deeply appreciate it.
And it's not unusual for someone to hold an administrative position for two years before moving onto something else.
