Default A serious question for our anti-Kavanaugh protestor crowd

If Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s written opinions conform to the text of our written Constitution, and are in harmony with its documented legislative intent, which gives context to its text, will you guys apologize for the disgraceful treatment you participated in during his confirmation hearings?

    JWK

The primary function of a Supreme Court Justice is to be obedient to the plain text of our Constitution, and give effect to its documented legislative intent which gives context to its text.

Sorry to tell you, but that does not qualify as a serious question.

They are void of reasoning capabilities or fair play. The Constitution is a hindrance to their primary objective, abortion at any time and a socialist system to reign tyranny over all.

They better be careful what they wish for.
So far all over this old world Socialism has lead to things far worse, Starvation, Shortages of medicines and health care, decaying infrastructure, waste and corruption. (Northern Europe is just now starting down that end.)
And in most cases, where Brutal Regimes have no problem in using widespread deadly force to stay in power, etc., etc., etc.

The Constitution is not a hindrance but the basis for governing our government and ourselves.

It is "wee peepses" who are supposed to be the "hindrance" ....

When you write "they", are you referring to the Democrat Party Leadership or voters who have been victims of the Democrat Party Leadership?

    JWK

The Democrat Party Leadership's offer for free government cheese is really not free. It first addicts and then enslaves participants on an iron fisted socialist run plantation.

Let us be honest. The agenda of this Fifth Column anti-Kavanaugh protestor crowd is about one thing and one thing only! Its main objective is to remake our Supreme Court into a Supreme and super Legislative body unaccountable to the people, nor bound by the text and legislative intent of our Constitution. Are we to forget this agenda began many generations ago under FDR when he attempted to pack the court under "The Judicial Procedures Reform Bill of 1937". See Roosevelt announces “court-packing” plan

"On February 5, 1937, President Franklin Roosevelt announces a controversial plan to expand the Supreme Court to as many as 15 judges, allegedly to make it more efficient. Critics immediately charged that Roosevelt was trying to “pack” the court and thus neutralize Supreme Court justices hostile to his New Deal.

During the previous two years, the high court had struck down several key pieces of New Deal legislation on the grounds that the laws delegated an unconstitutional amount of authority to the executive branch and the federal government."

Is it not the same socialist/communist Fifth Column crowd today that attacks those who merely want our Constitution and its legislative intent to be followed?

    JWK

John Adams was absolutely correct when he pointed out that "democracy will envy all, contend with all, endeavor to pull down all; and when by chance it happens to get the upper hand for a short time, it will be revengeful, bloody, and cruel..." Witness today the suicidal path our democrat socialists have chosen to take, supported by a Fifth Colum media and Yellow Journalists.
