Breaking: Rod Rosenstein Refuses to Turn Over Subpoenaed Memos – Backs Out of Thursday’s Congressional Hearing

by Jim Hoft October 10, 2018

As we reported earlier today Rod Rosenstein is one of the most conflicted and corrupt officials in US history.

According to multiple reports, Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein has given a verbal resignation to Chief of Staff John Kelly following an explosive NYT report he wanted to wear a wire and oust Trump from office.

Last week, Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows (R-NC), who previously filed articles of impeachment against Rosenstein, called for the Deputy Attorney General to appear before Congress under oath this week.
But today Rosenstein notified Congress he will not turn over the subpoenaed memos and will not appear before the House Judiciary Committee on Thursday.

-NYT reports (McCabe memos) Rosenstein discussed recording the President
-FBI Chief Counsel Jim Baker: Rosenstein was serious about recording POTUS
    -McCabe memos subpoenaed by Congress

Rosenstein won’t turn over memos, and he’s a no-show for tomorrow’s scheduled questioning.

Arrest him and seize subpoenaed memos. Send a message!

How can he just say no?
Is his station in our government higher than the congress?
Why aren't these people being taken into custody and jailed?
What is it about these government employees just saying no to our elected politicians ?
    Why aren't they punished?
Government is for those that would be governed.

Where are those famous Trump words?
    "You're fired!"

When the Republicans retain control of the Senate and House after Nov elections, hopefully those words will be coming from Trumps lips quickly..

Lonewolf, hate to break it to you, but they have control of the house and senate, now, and have for a few years now.
We even have a Republican president.

Pubs have been promising all kinds of things if we just gave them control for years.
Since January 2017, there should have been a landslide of great things from Washington.
Things like repeal of Obamacare, fiscal responsibility, immigration and all those other things they promised us.

If I didn't believe the Pubs, I'd think they could be bullspitting us

We have control of the House but not the Senate. A handful of Rinos usually vote with the democrats. This is why Trump is on the campaign trail; trying to flip dem and rino seats in both the House and Senate to Conservative Republican.
