I continue to take simple readings occasionally. The readings outside remain elevated, though not anywhere near as bad as the months following the incident. The readings I take are simple CPM (Counts Per Minute for 10 minutes) and are about double to sometimes triple what they were prior to the incident in March 2011. So, it's still in the air here in New Mexico at 7300 feet. (Using a calibrated "Inspector" unit).
Sometimes you have to abandon principles and do what's right.
