    No effect on coverage for 2019. Today (12/15) is the last day to sign up for next year.

    Having millions loose their coverage in 2020 could impact the elections.

    Well I am sure that it will make 18 times this will be undone in Texas. And under the ACA the Donut Hole disappears and that IS a good thing for Millions of us seniors.... YEAH.

    Perhaps that's why Obamacare was originally proposed by the conservative Heritage Foundation.
