    When the government grudgingly added the "Bill of Rights" 8 or 10 years
    after the magic parchment was ratified, (In the Adams administration) the
    most modern personal weapon was a flint lock muzzle loading smooth bore musket.

    In keeping with those who look for original intent of political laws,
    I see the Ruling Class eventually only allowing the Peasant Class permission
    to have the same weapons used during the adoption of the Second Amendment.
    Not including cannons or muskets over 50 caliber.
