Warning From Man Who Designed RFID Microchip

Carl Sanders sat in seventeen New World Order meetings with heads-of-state officials such as Henry Kissinger and Bob Gates of the C.I.A. to discuss plans on how to bring about this one-world system. The government commissioned Carl Sanders to design a microchip for identifying and controlling the peoples of the world—a microchip that could be inserted under the skin with a hypodermic needle (a quick, convenient method that would be gradually accepted by society).

Carl Sanders, with a team of engineers behind him, with U.S. grant monies supplied by tax dollars, took on this project and designed a microchip that is powered by a lithium battery, rechargeable through the temperature changes in our skin. Without the knowledge of the Bible (Brother Sanders was not a Christian at the time), these engineers spent one-and-a-half-million dollars doing research on the best and most convenient place to have the microchip inserted.

Guess what? These researchers found that the forehead and the back of the hand is not just the most convenient place, but is also the only viable place for rapid, consistent temperature changes in the skin to recharge the lithium battery. The microchip is approximately seven millimetres in length, .75 millimetres in diameter, about the size of a grain of rice. It is capable of storing pages upon pages of information about you. All your general history, work history, crime record, health history, and financial data can be stored on this chip.

Brother Sanders believes that this microchip, which he regretfully helped design, is the “mark” spoken about in Revelation 13:15–17. The original Greek word for “mark” is “charagma,” which means a “scratch or etching.” It is also interesting to note that the number 666 is actually a word in the original Greek. The word is “chi xi stigma,” with the last part, “stigma,” also meaning “to stick or prick.”

Well, folks, der Fuhrer has issued yet another Executive Order.

This one, like most all actions taken in Washington, sports a syrupy name. That is a sure tell that the action was spawned in Hell. It calls for multiple studies of integrating technology (i.e. computer chips, nanoparticles, the Internet, facilities, equipment, and more) with the human body; and a report due in May of 2023.

Who saw this coming?

It appears that the evil men in DC will provide a report to her Biden, calling for transhumanism…..yes, we all know that is coming…..and…..that the technology, software, guidelines, facilities, procedures, requirements, etc. exist, already. They are in the can awaiting another EO triggering implementation.

Just as EO 14067 which calls for a US Central Bank Digital Currency, awaits implantation. It too, carries an overly sweet name: Ensuring Responsible Development of Digital Assets

We can expect that shortly after publication of such report, some bright individual will get the idea to integrate all these ideas into a system employing subdermal microchips. For security, dontcha know.

Biden ran for president on an agenda of crises : Covid, the economy, racism, and climate change. Along the way, he promised to cure cancer, tasked every government agency with finding more ways to support gender identity over biological sex, and now per a new action plan, he intends to wield the power of the federal government to remake society through genetic engineering and other biotech programs, as well as massive data collection. In other words, he’s going to spend federal funds on a transhumanist agenda for societal recreation.

Transhumanism is the intentional evolution of human beings by integrating them with technology. Biden’s latest executive order on “advancing biotechnology and biomanufacturing” is designed to “achieve our societal goals” through “genetic engineering” that will reprogram human cells to “program biology” much as is currently done with computers, and will employ artificial intelligence to do so, while reducing commercial regulations. Biden has issued nearly 100 executive orders during his time in office.

“For biotechnology and biomanufacturing to help us achieve our societal goals,” the order reads, “the United States needs to invest in foundational scientific capabilities. We need to develop genetic engineering technologies and techniques to be able to write circuitry for cells and predictably program biology in the same way in which we write software and program computers; unlock the power of biological data, including through computing tools and artificial intelligence; and advance the science of scale-up production while reducing the obstacles for commercialization so that innovative technologies and products can reach markets faster.”

The concept of rewriting cells has been undertaken by the company CRISPR, and concerns have been raised that genetic engineering could lead to eugenics, wherein parents will undertake to create “designer babies,” and human beings who are not genetically engineered will suffer a disadvantage. This bioengineering would also be available for other sectors as well as medicine, and could have a huge impact on food production, forestry, and other areas.

The stated goal of the Biden administration is to achieve “societal goals” through biotech, which essentially means that anything and everything is possible for permutation.

Additionally, the order undertakes to create biotech data banks, which, after the digital medical records provisions were enacted via Obamacare, or the ACA, would be a much simpler task as medical records are already digitally available to doctors, providers, and insurance companies.

…The plan is to create a “biological data system,” which is a term that should make any American stand on their heels and say “no.”The administration will create a “diverse” workforce to achieve these goals, to create regulations for the use of these technologies that are aligned with their values, and create, of course, climate incentives for use of biotech and biomanufacturing.

This executive order goes well beyond Biden’s purview as president or the authority of the federal government. It is an attempt to remake humanity entirely into a race of beings that are integrally linked with technology to the point where it is impossible to differentiate man from machine.…

The breadth and scope of these new services and products, the EO states, were inspired by the Covid-19 pandemic. …

The Biden administration has termed racism and climate change both public health crises, and has used that designation to make sweeping changes to society, bypassing Congress, directly from the Oval Office. …

What this means in practice is that the administration will team up with global leaders to squash fossil fuel production and move the global economy to one reliant on wind, solar, and renewable energies, whether nations and individuals want that to be pushed upon them or not. The plan here is to “pursue green recovery efforts, initiatives to advance the clean energy transition, sectoral decarbonization, and alignment of financial flows with the objectives of the Paris Agreement, including with respect to coal financing, nature-based solutions, and solutions to other climate-related challenges.”

…When the Biden administration claims that the biotechnology advancements will be done ethically and in line with American values, they mean as aligned with their own valuesthat prioritize opportunity for some racial groups over others, and distribute resources based on identity characteristics such as gender identity.

The administration has tasked every federal agency to respond with plans to further these initiatives within 180 days, which means that in May 2023, each and every federal agency will have submitted plans as to how best to implement these far-reaching plans to use biotechnology to further the societal goals of the Biden administration. …

This is the third leg of the Beast system in the USA. The first being pursuant EO 14067 and 14081 discussed in the attachment previously distributed to the List. See above.


Forthcoming Universal Basic Income will be deposited into the chip monthly. Should the recipient's behavior not amount to that expected by the Communist Party in DC, fines will be levied electronically.......and even the recipient's chip will be turned off.

Make no mistake about it, these reports and pilot programs are a ruse. Everything is operational. Following the Hegelian dialectic, they only need a crisis to implement. That crisis will be the crashing of the current system. Once the system is crashed, they will casually point towards the Beast system as a remedy, which just happens to be available.

Expect them to implement Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) first. At first, we can expect to use it like current online banking. Shortly thereafter, for “security reasons” they will require the Mark of the Beast, the Subdermal Microchip.

If this sounds similar to the prophecy of the Book of Revelation, it should. Rv 13:16-18 reads:

"It forced all the people, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to be given a stamped image on their right hands or their foreheads, so that no one could buy or sell except one who had the stamped image of the beast's name or the number that stood for its name. Wisdom is needed here; one who understands can calculate the number of the beast, for it is a number that stands for a person. His number is six hundred and sixty-six." (n.b. One can imagine the difficulty that St. John had in describing a 21st century subdermal microchip.)

As we see from the citation above, anyone who willingly accepts the subdermal microchip placed in their body will go to Hell irrevocably upon his death. Willful acceptance of the mark of the Beast constitutes a sin that will NOT be forgiven. That is because by doing so, one loses his free will and ability to seek forgiveness.

The Federal Reserve announced a “pilot exercise” for an ESG (environment, social, governance) social credit score system. It mirrors the Chinese Communist Social Credit System.

Six of the nation’s largest banks, traitors to the nation, have agreed to participate.

The Federal Reserve Board of Governors said the following in their announcement.

“The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced that six of the nation’s largest banks will participate in a pilot climate scenario analysis exercise designed to enhance the ability of supervisors and firms to measure and manage climate-related financial risks. Scenario analysis—in which the resilience of financial institutions is assessed under different hypothetical climate scenarios—is an emerging tool to assess climate-related financial risks, and there will be no capital or supervisory implications from the pilot.”

The Federal Reserve will monitor how well the banks will comply with the elites’ enviro-tyrannical mandates. They will help explain and promote their leftist views and goals.

“The Board anticipates publishing insights gained from the pilot at an aggregate level, reflecting what has been learned about climate risk management practices and how insights from scenario analysis will help identify potential risks and promote risk management practices. No firm-specific information will be released.”

This isn’t about the climate. Climate change is the excuse for the technocratic movement toward a financial dictatorship. It will kill the free market, and Stakeholder Capitalism will take over. Stakeholder Capitalism allows all the money and power to rest in the hands of a small number of elites like BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street.

The Federal Reserve is centralizing the financial sector. All other pillars of society will necessarily fall into place. This will affect every area of our lives.

All investments will pass through the approval process set up by the Green Elites.

The announcement concludes by naming the banks.

“The banks in the pilot exercise are Bank of America, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, and Wells Fargo. In coming months, the Board will provide additional details on how the exercise will be conducted and the scenarios that will be used in the pilot.”
