USA Today’ Suggests Ending National Anthem: A ‘Lazy Excuse For Patriotism’

Time to stop buying and reading USA Today.
    Via Breitbart:
Nancy Armour, a sports columnist for the national newspaper USA Today, has suggested that sports leagues should put an end to playing the national anthem because it is a “lazy excuse” for false patriotism.
In her March 14 editorial, Armour insists that since the anthem is not played at the start of a movie or a stage play, then it should not be played at a baseball or football game.
Standing for the anthem, Armour exclaims, does not really demonstrate love for the country or the flag or show gratitude for those who serve in the armed forces.
Armour also insists that we should get rid of the anthem because the country has a “great divide” that the anthem cannot bridge, and it is “lazy.”
“Playing the anthem before our football, baseball, basketball, hockey and soccer games has become a lazy excuse for patriotism. Standing at attention – or a loose approximation of it – for 2 minutes no more proves love of country or gratitude for those who serve than wearing an American flag pin does.”
The anthem is also a “faux display of national pride,” she says.

    War to the knife

    Posted on 3/14/2019 by Mike

    History, repeating itself.

Mao’s Cultural Revolution endured over a 10-12 year period, ending with his death in 1976. Millions died; many more millions were socially and professionally ruined; hundreds of millions were incessantly terrorized. But though it might seem at first glance that China’s society had descended into madness, there was very clearly a method to that madness. What were some of the defining characteristics of Mao’s Cultural Revolution, and how did these characteristics manifest themselves?

    1. The revolution was conducted against the entire collection of established institutions in Chinese society. Particular focus was placed on eradicating religious symbols, monuments and organizations, as well as any institution that had roots in the past, as China’s pre-Communist history was treated as an endless litany of evil acts whose legacy could only have a malign influence in the future unless completely stamped out.
    2. The ranks of the civilian revolutionary cadres were composed mostly of university students (though K-12 students were heavily recruited as well in secondary roles.) Between their youthful vigor, the thoroughness of their indoctrination and the typical eagerness of a young generation to assert themselves and exercise their energies in effecting change, they proved to be a shrewd choice to coerce Chinese society and its institutions.
    3. Assembled into large gangs, the university-based Red Guards intimidated establishment figures in the educational and political spheres by publicly shaming and berating them, coercing confessions from them for imaginary crimes against the principles of social, political and economic justice of the Revolution, and with increasing frequency physically assaulting and/or killing them. These purges included Party members who had previously been considered to be staunch supporters of the Revolution but had been deemed to be lacking in sufficient revolutionary fervor.

Does any of the above sound…familiar?
    All too, buddy, all too.
    Via Linda, who elsewhere warns:
They hate us. They have contempt for us, and no hesitation about displaying it openly. They viciously attack us in public, in our homes, and use thug tactics to threaten our livelihoods, our safety, and our ability to function in a modern society.

I hate this. I have family and friends on both sides. When it’s all over, there will be a putative victor (because a fight so infused with hatred must end in complete surrender for one side), but there will not be peace. It will end in bitterness, lasting distrust, and unwillingness to associate with the other side in any way. It will be the end of the United States, as we have known it.
Logic has not stopped their lies. Resort to the courts is a lost cause. They have taken over the legislative bodies, maligning and intimidating any opposition, threatening the established leadership, and using underhanded means in their climb to power.
I don’t see an end that doesn’t culminate in death – many of them.
Linda’s “victor,” from whichever side, will be putative indeed, standing as he will be amidst the smoking, blackened rubble of what was once the most prosperous and generally beneficent society yet brought forth on Earth—miserably grubbing about for sustenance, shelter, and the other irreducible necessities of life. Should Proggy be that Pyrrhic “victor”—heaven forbid!—he will suddenly find such formerly all-consuming obssessions like gay marriage, cultural appropriation, political correctness, and carbon offsets to be much reduced in importance.
But that’s the fate that inevitably overtakes any Free Shit Army of heedless lotus-eaters. Eventually, they’ll be despoiled by their own decadence—toppled from ease and unmerited luxury back into hardscrabble savagery to once again be taught the same unlearned lesson in a far tougher school, under a pitiless master who does NOT grade on the who does NOT grade on the curve

Colorado Governor Signs National Popular Vote Bill Into Law

If the Democrats are successful in nullifying the Electoral College, the country will essentially be ruled by the East and West coasts and the urban enclaves in between. They will have almost achieved single party rule.
    Via The Hill:
Colorado Gov. Jared Polis (D) signed into law Friday a bill that would award the state’s Electoral College votes to the presidential candidate who wins the national popular vote.
Polis signed the measure after both chambers of the state’s legislature passed the bill last month along party lines, with Democrats pulling heavily for the measure.
Colorado now joins 11 other states and the District of Columbia as part of the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact.
“It is important to understand that the National Popular Vote bill significantly amplifies Colorado’s voice in choosing the president of the United States,” John Koza, chairman of National Popular Vote, said in a press release.
The joint agreement only goes into effect if enough states sign on to total the number needed to win the presidency — 270 electoral votes.
The addition of Colorado’s nine electoral votes brings the total to 181.

How can this be legal? Changing the rules, over riding the check and balance of our electoral college is sooooo communistic..... pitchforks for sure.
Educate others to grow our base of informed citizens, it's tyranny. Spread the Gospel.

Prepare wisely individually. An army runs on it's stomach.

Network with those who prepare wisely and take advantage of the strength in numbers and the economy of scale.

Then, when the curtains come down and the truth is evident to an informed citizenry, we unite and fight the new world order.

etired Army General, Former Fox Analyst, Boycotting Network After Pirro Suspension

Retired Army Major General Paul E. Vallely, formerly Fox News’ Senior Military Analyst, announced Sunday that he plans to boycott Fox News over the suspension of Judge Jeanine Pirro.
“As of today, and because of my friend, Jeanine Pirro [sic] situation, I am boycotting Fox News,” Vallely said on his personal Facebook page.

Vallely is also the military security committee chairman for the Center for Security Policy in Washington, D.C. He is a decorated Vietnam War veteran.

Saturday night, it was reported that Pirro’s show would not air next due to controversy surrounding comments she made about Sharia Law in the context of Muslim Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.). Sunday, CNN reported that Pirro has been suspended for two weeks.
    Pirro said:
Your party is not anti-Israel, she is. Think about this. She’s not getting this anti-Israel sentiment doctrine from the Democrat Party. So if it’s not rooted in the party, where is she getting it from? Think about it.
Omar wears a hijab, which, according to the Quran 33:59, tells women to cover so they won’t get molested. Is her adherence to this Islamic doctrine indicative of her adherence to Sharia law, which in itself is antithetical to the United States Constitution?”
I don’t have to tell you, Nancy, Jews have been persecuted almost from the beginning of time, when they were forced out of Egypt, to the six million killed in the Holocaust. And now we are witnessing the rise of anti-Semitism in Europe where incidents are up seventy-four percent in the last year alone in France. Where Jewish cemeteries are regularly desecrated with swastikas and people relay the common tropes of Jews with too much money and influence.
We all know how it starts. It starts that way. Hate is hate. Hate leads to violence and violence leads to retaliation. Which then leads to unrest and worse.

Google Refuses to Help U.S. Defense, But Works With Chinese Government and Military…

Posted on March 16, 2019 by sundance
China has no cultural or political space between peace and war; they are a historic nation based on two points of polarity. They see peace and war as coexisting with each other.
China accepts and believes opposite or contrary forces may actually be complementary, interconnected, and interdependent in the natural world, and they may give rise to each other as they interrelate to one another. Flowing between these polar states is a natural dynamic to be used -with serious contemplation- in advancing objectives as needed.
Peace or war. Yin and Yang. Panda or Dragon. Culturally there is no middle position in dealings with communist China; they are not capable of understanding or valuing the western philosophy of mutual benefit where concession of terms gains a larger outcome. If it does not benefit China, it is not done. The outlook is simply, a polarity of peace or war. In politics or economics the same perspective is true. It is a zero-sum outlook.
Acting Secretary of Defense Patrick Shanahan and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Joseph Dunford confirm to the Senate Armed Services Committee that Google’s work in China is directly benefiting the government and Chinese military.
