It is when the Gov mandated forced integration of neighborhoods, along with the start of Welfare, that things started sliding. You force people to associate with people when they don't want to, you are asking for problems.
And before you call white people "racists", go to some black or Hispanic neighborhood and try to interact with them for a long period.
Guarantee you will see just exactly how racism isn't just a "whitey" thing like you want to believe. Blacks especially are some of the most racist people on the planet, if only behind Asians, but that is another thread.
Here's the thing about this whole issue:
It is true that when you are forced to mix with other nationallities and cultures (this is the goal of the beast system), it can cause conflicts to say the least. 'Diversity' is not of God. But neither is hatred towards others.
It's really a cultural difference that causes the problems, and not the skin color. Skin color is just an excuse to not like someone.
Their are more appropriate reasons not to like someone.(being arrogant, being a jerk, degrading others, lieing, hatred, etc)
In simple terms:
if my neighbor likes to play their music really loud at certain times of the night, because it's how they were raised,
but I believe that it is rude to do so, after a certain time at night, because of the way I was raised, then we have a conflict.
The fix is for one of us to move or to reason this out together, and become better neighbors.
This goes for same skin colors as well.
