1. What did he use to hang himself? Having attempted suicide before (though he said he was attacked) and being on "suicide watch", how could he have anything with which to hang himself.
2. If someone is on suicide watch they are on video 24/7. This means that we will get to see what happened. Sure we will.

My first guess would be - he was suicided to shut him up.
His so-called first attempt at "suicide"... might confirm the second was "suicide" [forced or not.]
OR...
Both the "suicide attempt" and the "suicide" might have been a ruse to make all of it more believable... and he is now preying on tourist children on the beaches of Tel Aviv.
