And he is just out of control now with this gobbledygoop of ordering them to get out of there..
First off, he can't and didn't "order" them out.

Just like I had to call my kid a dumbass for not doing his due diligence, we need to use our heads for more than a hatrack when we read articles, especially from unreliable sources.

Second, our Companies did not fight for years to open up Chinese markets, they fought for years to outsource our damn jobs to China.

And like it or not, if those jobs don't come home, you don't have a country, PERIOD.

Well he thinks He Can order them out of China in this tweet.

    This is Trump's last tweet

For all of the Fake News Reporters that don’t have a clue as to what the law is relative to Presidential powers, China, etc., try looking at the Emergency Economic Powers Act of 1977. Case closed!

Guys, here again, actually investigate what the powers given are. The EEPA of 1977 actually is a limit on Presidential ability to do so. As has been speculated, his biggest stick is to decree that the Federal Government will not purchase foreign goods, and that is a mighty big stick given how they spend.

Another Trump worshipper in denial. No matter what he does, you guys will find some way to defend him.

BIARRITZ, France — President Trump asserted on Saturday that he has the authority to make good on his threat to force all American businesses to leave China, citing a national security law that has been used mainly to target terrorists, drug traffickers and pariah states like Iran, Syria and North Korea.
As he arrived in France for the annual meeting of the Group of 7 powers, Mr. Trump posted a message on Twitter citing the International Emergency Economic Powers Act of 1977, a law originally meant to enable a president to isolate criminal regimes, not sever economic ties with a major trading partner over a tariff dispute....

Pyrotechnics in the media are often more semantics than anything else. Trump can NOT issue the aforementioned order...period.

NYTIMES LINK: (can we link to the nytimes?-rob)
“Any invocation of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act in these circumstances and for these purposes would be an abuse,” said Daniel M. Price, who was an international economic adviser to President George W. Bush. “The act is intended to address extraordinary national security threats and true national emergencies, not fits of presidential pique....”
...Under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, a president can declare a “national emergency” in case of any unusual and extraordinary threat to “the national security, foreign policy, or economy of the United States” from abroad. This triggers special authority for the president to regulate “any transactions in foreign exchange” by Americans.
After re reading the post on the nytimes, It seems that if Trump thinks china is a threat to the us economy, that he can force companies to leave the country.

That threat would be an economic collapse as it seems.

And forcing US companies out of China would certainly bring that about!

I can't explain or justify his thinking. All I can add here is that POTUS does not have the Constitutional, executive or administrative authority to issue the order in question.
