I recall reading / hearing ... don't recall the medium, that he and his wife were in a struggle with their local goobermint over homeschooling or some other personal/ private matter that should have been of no concern of their goobermint. I hope he was able to resolve this and it's entirely likely the stress was the catalyst for his ailment.
