I would suspect that Alex Cora (former Astro and current manager of the Boston Red Sox) would be the next head to roll.

Boston released a statement Tuesday night confirming the team and Cora “mutually agreed to part ways” after Major League Baseball commissioner Rob Manfred’s ruling regarding the Houston Astros. Manfred suspended general manager Jeff Luhnow and manager AJ Hinch for one year before team owner Jim Crane fired the duo Monday for their roles in the 2017 sign-stealing scandal. Cora was the bench coach for the 2017 Astros and was mentioned multiple times in Manfred’s report. “Today we met to discuss the Commissioner’s report related to the Houston Astros investigation. Given the findings and the Commissioner’s ruling we collectively decided that it would be not be possible for Alex to effectively lead the club going forward and we mutually agreed to part ways,” the Red Sox’s statement said. The Red Sox finished 84-78 in 2019.

Don't normally listen to sports radio, but nit was the only station i could get clearly while waiting for my wife in Dr.'s parking lot. Jim Rome had a guest on addressing this and the question came up, "why aren't players being disciplined? They had just as much participation as management. Short answer, the players union would make it a nightmare for the Commissioner to discipline them. Overpaid premadonnas get off because lawyers, union power.

Baseball Commissioners historically have been worthless. They refuse to force players to be subject to urine tests. They prefer to allow the players to adulterate the sport rather than shut down baseball, if necessary, until things are made right.
