Recession or Depression? Opinion Pole

with all the crazy news taking up our time, my thoughts are on the main st. economy that we will be left with when the dust settles.
i'm thinking a full blown depression with rising taxes----what do you all think?

if we're lucky it will be a very bad recession, worse case is WORLD WIDE depression, either way it is down hill from here on a very steep slope

The helicopter money is helpful if we are ever going to kick start consumption, if there are places to spend and people do so.
The markets will get the lion's share of course, but we can't cry because they did give us some crumbs off the table.
