We should be at peace with God and man. However, if history reveals anything to us, it is that evil people will use force to impose their will upon those who seek to be at peace. The patriots at Lexington and Concord knew this and stood against the evil.
We may see a time when, though we desire to be at peace with all men, it will not be possible. I hope that day does not come, and we should do all we can to prevent it. However, there are those who will stop at nothing to take away the liberty God has given us.

It's about to get a little bumpy and it may be time to consider brushing up on the Writ of Habeas Corpus and the Insurrection Act of 1807 in order to get a better view of what will likely happen next. The Insurrection Act of 1807 was amended in 1861 and again in 1871 and those two amendments are about to become important tools for our President. On June 1, 2020, President Trump warned that he would invoke the Act. It's not over yet by a long shot and in fact may be just getting started!
