I have heard that Sao is better for new shooter to learn because the trigger pull is consistent. All striker fired are SAO (except one I found that is DAO) and hammer fired pistols can be either but are usually both dao/sao so I thought to save myself finding a pistol that I liked to only read and find out it is sao/dao i decided for now to restrict my search to striker fired. I have since found the IMI Jericho 941F Surplus SAO which I find very interesting too, and I might look into it since the price is very reasonable. Not to mention it is an Israel police/military return and the Israelis do not compromise when it comes to security so I imagine I can't go wrong with one.Originally Posted by Oscar Wilde
