We have dairy goats, and I have some marginal experience at canning. I'm wondering if anyone on the Tree has canned fresh milk, and what kind of success they've had at it.

We always dry off our does 2-3 months before they kid, and then a lot of the milk goes to raising the kids, so we really only get fresh milk for about 5 months or so every year. I really like the goat milk better than store-bought milk, and was wondering about canning it.

Anybody on here with experience at this?
