Default Breaking - Pennsylvania Court Rules In Favor Of Trump

Too many inline ads to post it here, but...Cliff Notes version is:

A Pennsylvania judge rules in favor of the Trump campaign saying the state may not count ballots where voters failed to provide proof of identification by Nov. 9th.The judge says the Pennsylvania Secretary of State lacked statutory authority to change the deadline.

Nov 9??? the election legally ENDED Nov 3. Everything else is fraud.
Europe used to have empires. They were run by emperors.
Then we had kingdoms. They were run by kings.
    Now we have countries...

The states set their own rules. Some may seem lenient, others strict. Some didn't even start counting absentee ballots until Nov. 4. Some accept ballots with a postmark of Nov. 3 as long as they're received before canvasing day.

No each state has there OWN rules, there is no set rule or law in place to end counting ballots as long as they have a postdate on them Nov. 3rd or earlier. And many states have to Hand Enter ballots into their system and that alone takes weeks. So if you mailed in a absentee ballot and wanted to see off your vote was counted. Many States Including wi have said that may take between 3 and 6 Weeks before you can do that~! So that is why I laugh at all this reported that says X amounts of ballots seem missing. NO they are not they have not been Hand Entered Into Their System. So ALL these posts that say more people voted that are on the voting roles is also a Laughing matter. Many States Including WI. you can Register The Same Day as Voting at the polling place. So ALL stats are off when someone looks at totals from previous years EveryOne Of Them~! But never let those tin foil hat people know that it would not make their day when the truth is told. lol

Sure wish these losers would stop clogging up our courts. As Trump himself said four years ago, 306 electoral votes is a landslide.
Republicans have filed the lawsuits in local, state, and federal courts in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, and Pennsylvania all states that Biden won or is projected to win, according to Decision Desk HQ data published by Insider.

The Trump campaign has won only one of the 21 cases so far.

On Thursday, November 12, a Pennsylvania judge ruled that first-time voters were supposed to confirm their IDs with county boards of election by November 9, rather than November 12. The decision opens the door for disqualifying the votes of people who didn’t verify their IDs in time.

It’s not clear how many votes will be affected, and those ballots hadn’t been counted yet anyway, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Biden is ahead in Pennsylvania by 60,000 votes.

Of the other 20 lawsuits, Trump and other Republicans have withdrawn from or lost 13 of them, and seven of them are still pending.

I think these three today were from the seven pending.
A Michigan judge dismissed on Friday the Trump campaign's lawsuit challenging election results in Wayne County, home to Detroit. It was the latest in President Donald Trump's recent string of legal actions to meet rejection in court, with others dismissed in Arizona and Pennsylvania earlier in the afternoon.

The law firm Porter Wright Morris & Arthur on Thursday moved to withdraw from a case filed on behalf of President Trump’s campaign in Pennsylvania challenging the election results.

The motion does not provide an explanation for the decision. It states that Linda Kerns, another lawyer on the case, will remain on representing the Trump campaign.
Even his law firm has had enough of Don the Con, and are sticking poor Linda with all the work. I wonder if she's been paid in the last two months, because it looks like they weren't

I guess we shall see how deep the corruption goes... maybe it is all legit. My guess is Biden and Harris are driving away from the scene of the crime like Bonnie and Clyde from a bank heist saying - "Its cool, just look normal, we got dis. Just a few more blocks to go - don't look at the cop car driving by". I don't know anyone on either side that thinks Biden won. Even you guys come across as paid shills.

I am expecting the cop to pull them over anytime now and ol Joe to say "C'mon Man!, I wasnt doin nuffin"

Even more lawyers decided not to get humiliated in court for presenting a garbage case from a delusional client.
Three attorneys representing President Trump’s campaign withdrew from a lawsuit challenging the election results in Pennsylvania on Monday.

Attorneys Linda Kerns, John Scott and Douglas Bryan Hughes filed a motion to withdraw from the case Monday evening. The motion said that Marc Scaringi, an attorney in Harrisburg, would now represent the campaign.

The motion came the evening before a hearing scheduled in the case, which was filed one week ago.

“We are still arguing that 682,479 ballots were counted illegally, in secret,” said Trump campaign communications director Tim Murtaugh. “Our poll watchers were denied meaningful access to watch the vote counting and we still incorporate that claim in our complaint.”

Election law experts have expressed considerable doubt that the case could prevail.
