There was, at one time, a Eugenics program going on in Africa and many other 3rd world areas.
Seems females of child bearing ages were being given a tetanus shot and then instructed to "come back in 6 months" for a booster...then again in another 6 months.
Seems this particular vaccine was laced with hcG, the hormone a females body produces when pregnant. Thus, they were vaccinated against being pregnant. Never to carry a baby to term.
