Are the National Guard and military still in D.C.?
I know that at least two governors (Texas and Florida) have ordered their troops home from D.C., but I have seen no reports or other indications of any troop movements. Are the troops being retained in D.C. by the Biden administration?
In the days leading up to the inauguration there were all kinds of reports and even YouTube videos of troop movements as the National Guard was deployed to D.C.. I watched the military air traffic everyday ( https://globe.adsbexchange.com/ ) and saw transports practically stacked one on top of the other as troops and equipment were being brought in. Now I see no indication of any troop movements on the ground or by air. Maybe I missed it. Anyone know anything?
The only large military aircraft being shown at the moment are two KC-135 tankers over Iowa which are headed in the direction of D.C.. This could possibly indicate that there are fighters (which are not shown on https://globe.adsbexchange.com/ ) still on patrol in the D.C. area since there are no other aircraft in the area that would require refueling.
