Some very low IQ person made this. 3 layer masks or masks of better quality (n95 or above). Should be recommended for those in high risk category. But just assuming all masks are the same and recommending 3 masks is highly inappropriate.

Well sure if you are using a singled layer one. Then YES three would be therapy to go. After all most masks that are really for protection have At least THREE layers~!1. It appears to be a real report and not from the Onion or BabylonBee.
It does appear that stupidity is spread be an inability to breath.
A drop in oxygen levels below 80% appears to be the goal in deprogramming of Trump supporters and
more accepting of the idea of Government leaders are politically brilliant.
I am sure that Government law makers will stick with one or two masks so be sure to call them out on it.
It does appear that mask wearing will be a permanent.

But four masks still will not get you to 99 percent efficiency, and that would make you a serious danger to others.
In order to get close to 99 percent efficiency, you really need to be wearing at least five masks.
If you are not wearing at least five masks, you are a killing machine.
Wearing five very tight fitting masks will make it very unlikely that you will spread COVID to anyone else by what comes out of your mouth, and it will also make it very unlikely that the virus will enter your body through that passage.
Of course your hands are another “danger zone”, and so you will want to be wearing gloves at all times when you are in public too.
