Oregon Becomes First State Requiring Vaccination Police to Check Vaccination Identification Before Entering any Business or Workplace Without Mask

Some said it wasn’t legal, others said private companies and businesses would not do it, well, regardless of legality – Oregon is doing it:



OREGON – Oregon has lifted its mask mandate for people who have been fully vaccinated against the coronavirus, but is requiring businesses, workplaces and houses of worship to verify the vaccination status of individuals before they enter buildings without a mask.

This statewide mandate, one of the first of its kind in the country, raised concerns that the procedure of verifying vaccinations could be too cumbersome for workers.

[…] The Oregon Health Authority said in new guidance on Tuesday that effective immediately, businesses would be required to continue to enforce mask requirements unless they had established a policy to confirm proof of vaccination using a card or photo of one before individuals can enter the building without a mask.

Gov. Kate Brown, a Democrat, said last week that Oregonians who were fully vaccinated no longer needed to wear masks in most public settings, except in places like schools, public transit and health care settings.

But she quickly noted that businesses would have “the option” of lifting mask requirements only if they instituted verification. “Some businesses may prefer to simply continue operating under the current guidance for now rather than worrying about vaccination status, and that’s fine,” she said. Yes isn't it great, love it, I would think that next year or the year after one must have a Vaccination ID along with Your Real ID to fly, that is why you can order special sleeves and protective plastic now, to keep your Vaccination ID Card safe, and many even come with a strap to hang around ones neck when going into places. I bought a 5 pack of those and my friends want 2 so they can keep theirs safe as well. Love It.

Don't gloat too much. You and all the others who take the vaccine might be able to fly because you have the vaccine passport, but you will have to still pay. I, and other likeminded folks who refuse the vaccine, are going to hold out for the free train ride.

All of my seriously traditional Christian upbringing life, I have heard, regarding various governmental schemes, mandates and enticements......”well, it’s not the mark of the beast, but it certainly is a predecessor thereto........”

And, invariably the good Christian elder (to me) would justify going ahead with it to get along.....meanwhile, all along, my naive little boy kept wondering “why have anything to do with a predecessor to the mark of the beast ?”
