What would be unusual was if they did not follow this "plan."
Especially since so much of the population including the military has been "prepped" with the "vaccine."
We already know the "vaccinated" have far less resistance to any coronavirus variant as well as being possibly contaminated with graphene oxide and other unknown substances possibly including nano-technology of dubious purpose.
