Unconfirmed - Explosion at Georgia Guidestones
We live about 15-20 miles from the Georgia Guidestones. I received a phone call from a family member about five minutes ago that there are a lot of law enforcement agencies at the Guidestones following an unconfirmed report of an explosion.
According to Facebook posts cited by my family member, "authorities" are warning people to stay away from the area.

I hope this was caused by the thunderstorm that was in the area at the time. Wouldn't it be cool if God destroyed them?

It's not a real clear photo, but it looks like one of the large upright stones has been destroyed.BREAKING NEWS: The Georgia Guidestones and the surrounding perimeter are closed off as local authorities said an incident occurred there this morning. The Elbert County Sheriff’s Office has called in state agencies for assistance. The Elbert County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) is expecting a high volume of traffic. EMA Director Chuck Almond is asking everyone to please avoid the area if possible.
