Default Why "Santa" Probably Hates Me

The pagan holidays bring many Scriptures to life. It’s a time for His people to remember that His Ways offer no compromise with the world. He tells us how He wants us to worship Him, that’s what we do. He has named His appointed times for us. We surely don’t need a fake birthday borrowed from pagan solstice celebrations for that. Amazing how the old x-mess tradition has become so ingrained in so many, families get really upset when truth is spoken, and we were warned such things would happen -

“Do not think that I have come to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword, for I have come to bring division, a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law – and a man’s enemies are those of his own household. He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me, and he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who does not take up his stake and follow after Me is not worthy of Me.” Mat 10:34-38

Those are hard hitting words Messiah spoke. The above doesn’t happen to those who compromise. It happens to those who take a stand for Him and His truth. It doesn’t happen to the ‘lukewarm’ either. They stay on the fence, going along to get along. That behavior sickens Messiah. He’s serious, we need to be serious.

What they don’t see is that we are looking at the eternal, not the temporary. This brief vapor of a lifespan is but a speck of sand in a desert compared to forever. And, this brief vapor that we have will determine that forever outcome and Kingdom standing. I’m gonna set that aside for a fake pagan party? Shove all the paganism in His face and tell them it’s for Him?? Yah forbid!

Nevertheless, we will be thought of as the fanatics for a no compromise stance, and that’s just fine with me. A wish of ‘merry x-mess’ is a wide open door to testify about the True Messiah. Perhaps awaken them to the idolatry, the utter lies, the commercialism, the roots of the nonsense.

Personally, I’m relieved to know the truth about it. No lights up to impress the neighbors, no idol drug into the house, no silly gifting and concerns about if it was good enough, will they like it, did I spend enough, will they be happy or offended? What will they get me, more than I spent on them? Man, so glad all those days are in the past!

SOOOOOOO looking forward to His springtime feasts! True freedom in Messiah is the best ever! HalleluYAH!

The world loves it, take away all the pagan trappings and lies, it would go away - no trees, decorations, no gifts, santa lies to tell the kids, no saturnalia parties - POOF, it's gone! Amazing deception for a fake birth date and a 'holiday' not found in Scripture.

Jer 10:2 Thus says Yahuah, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.
Jer 10:3 For the customs of the people are vain: for one cuts a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe.
Jer 10:4 They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not.
Jer 10:5 They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not...

Sometimes you have to abandon principles and do what's right.

Everyone has two eyes but no one has the same view.
    To each their own.
    Hope your Christmas was merry.
    Happy New Year.
