Personally, I stay away from soy.Way too many phytoestrogens. Why do you think Asians have the smallest dinkies of any ethnic group? Can't be coincidence.

I'm just going to have to take your word for that one. LOL

I made 'beef stew' out of it last night and I am now eating a bowl of it. I put too much salt in it but I have at least found out that when TSHTF that I can at least eat it to survive. I spiced it up a lot and like I said I can eat it if this is all I have. For now I will finish this bowl and probally give the rest to Bandit; that is if he will eat it.

I like the rest of you, mistakenly bought a bunch of this stuff at one time. I even bought a variety of flavors: Taco, Sloppy Joe, Chicken, Ham, Beef, etc. My family would eat the taco flavored ok. I, however, cannot stomach the stuff. What I did find that sort of works is to use it as an extender. So, when I make tacos, I might add a couple handfuls of tvp and beans to extend the meat. If I use it in this way, I can usually eat it ok.
Needless to say, I won't be buying it ever again. I've moved on and I can my own meat now. Yummy.
