Here are a few recipes that I use regularly which help me use and rotate my food storage.

"Homemade Convience Foods"
Creamy Chocolate Coffee Creamer
1 C. Sugar
1 C. Powdered Coffee Creamer
1 c. Powdered Chocolate Milk
(I use COUNTRY CREAM BRAND found here )

1 tsp. powdered vanilla or instant vanilla pudding
Thoroughly combine ingredients and store in an airtight container.
I use 1 T. in my coffee, but you will want to adjust for your own personal taste.

Instant Oatmeal
8 oz. oats
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. powdered milk
1/2 c. powdered coffee creamer
Blend 1 c. of the oats and all the sugar in a blender until mixture is a fine powder. Whisk all other ingredients in with the powdered oats; make sure mixture is thoroughly blended.
Store in an airtight container. makes 28 Servings.
to serve:
Mix 1/4 c. oatmeal and 3/4 c. water in microwave safe bowl ann microwave on high for 1 minute. Let staand for 1 minute and serve. Or, stir in 3/4 c. boiling water to 1/4 c. mix and let sit for 1 minute before serving.
Varriations
Peaches & Cream:
stir in 1 1/2c. peach flavored apple flakes to final mixture.
Apple Cinnamon
Stir in 1 1/2 c. apple flakes and 1 T .cinnamon into final mix.
Strawberries & Cream
Stir in 1 1/2 c. dried strawberries into final mixture.

Beef or Chicken Noodle Mix
1 C. Powdered Milk
! T. Onion Powder
1 T. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
!/4 tsp. Sage
!/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
1/4 tsp. celery seed
10 T. Beef or Chicken Bouillon
1/3 C. dried Chopped Carrots (optional)
1/3 C. Dried Sweet Peas (optional)
Place all ingredients into a ziploc bag and shake thoroughly to combine ingredients.
Makes 2 1/2 Cups seasoning.
to Make Noodles:
Bring 3 C. water to a boil; add 1 T. Butter and 6 oz. egg noodles. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; reduce heat, place lid on pot and cook until noodles are tender and liquid is absorbed.

Chicken & Rice Casserole
2 C. long grain rice
1 C. dehydrated vegetable stew blend
3 T. Chicken Bouillon
1 can condensed chicken soup
1 T. minced garlic
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 C. water
4 Chicken breasts (boneless or bone-in)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter cake pan and place chicken oin bottom of pan. In a medium bowl mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake for 75 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and chicken is done throughout.
