Trunews radio/Rick Wiles-anyone know him?

Are any of you familiar with Trunews Christian radio show?

Hi Petsitter, welcome to TOL.

I regularly check out trunews and download .mp3 's of Rick's programs...have been listening on and off for little more than a year.

From what I've heard, Rick seems to be a man of integrity and sincerity. I appreciate his perspectives on current events and many of his guests are very interesting.

From what I've learned, Rick used to be a marketing executive for one or more chrisitan networks (TBN and CBN I think). He had a vision of the calamity striking America and subsequently struck out on his own about 10 years ago, starting Trunews. He is now based out of South Florida.

Hope that helps, I'm sure others can fill in more details and correct what I may have gotten wrong.

I listen to Rick on and off. The only thing I find distasteful is when he says negative things against other Christians over the rapture issue. None of us will know for sure about that issue until it happens so bashing one another about it is simply wrong.

Otherwise, he is informative and entertaining.

His interviews can be good....when he lets them do the talking. There has been some questions about his fund raisers and what he does with the money, just so you know.
