I give that non-sequitur 6/10. A good effort, but wobbly and it didn't stick the landing.

I'm a big believer in climate change, I just have my doubts as to whether or not we humans are having that much of an effect.

If you want to complain about how much pollution (not CO2 but real toxins) we're dumping, or how much plastic is in the ocean, or Fukushima is killing us all slowly ... I'm all down for some discussion on those things.

But as to humans raising the global temperature via CO2 emissions ... I'm very skeptical. And when I see the solutions these 'true believers' present I'm even MORE skeptical.

The Green New Deal was the most bold attempt to roll back everything since the Magna Carta and set up the elite as virtual kings ruling over a feudal kingdom in the name of "protecting the environment".

I can't either. That's the trouble with climate change research. It is much too specialized for me (and most everyone who doesn't work in climate science) to understand. There really aren't many climate scientists who dissent though. Certainly there are some, but there are also dissenters in every field of science. There are still guys who believe that cold fusion works, that free energy is possible, that evolution is punctuated, etc. And it isn't impossible that they are right, but it is unlikely. Every new paper that refines the data and the models makes it less likely. There comes a point where so many smart people are looking at a problem that the odds that they are wrong become vanishingly small. There are still plenty of controversial areas, particularly where predictions about future warming are involved, but the basic concept that the planet is warming and that humans are primarily responsible is pretty hard to escape. You have to contort the data pretty severely to reach that conclusion and it requires building a conspiracy that simply has too many moving parts to be practicable.

I'm pretty much in agreement with you. Seems foolish to not believe we have an impact on the environment.... There are countless examples of times we have..

AOC's chief of staff acknowledges the Green New Deal had nothing to do with the environment and was an attempt at implementing a socialist regime.

He provides commentary but also links to the source. Hint: It's not NaturalNews or Alex Jones.

It's all laid out in "The Report from Iron Mountain", written in 1967. That was the empitance in global cooling, then warming, now just change......

It's about controlling people in a world without war, or morals.......people will give of their money and time to save the planet....so create a future where they must give everything... Man caused is the issue at hand, and man has little to nothing to do with the reality, i'ts the sun stupid.
Educate others to grow our base of informed citizens, it's tyranny. Spread the Gospel.

Prepare wisely individually. An army runs on it's stomach.

Network with those who prepare wisely and take advantage of the strength in numbers and the economy of scale.

Then, when the curtains come down and the truth is evident to an informed citizenry, we unite and fight the new world order.
